When I responded concerning delivery issues, it was to reflect on UPS, not PC Liquidations. Tracking info shows that UPS received the package with enough time to deliver as promised. The issue was on their end, not PC Liquidations. I am looking for a refund from UPS. I do not think it fair that PC should have to reimburse me in any way. I have had great success in my dealings with your company, and hope to continue our fine relationship. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Order process was fairly easy, but I couldn't find the standard AC power supply for this phone PQLV206 or KXA239. As I recall, the only power supply was a PoE injector style, so I had to order a standard power supply from a separate company. I may have ordered a C-stock phone instead of A-stock, but I didn't have confidence that the C-stock display quality due to disclaimers about yellowing. The price for the A-stock was good, and the shipping time exceeded expectations, arriving on a Friday, instead of the following Monday.
