This place is just a waste of time I have played and perticipated for 15 years now and never and will never win anything except for more tokens to reenter more games that don't give anyone a chance to win even a $10 gift card. I was given 2 years to live last November because of a blood clot disorder that I have and this is like playing the lottery except you actually have a chance to win there but you do have to spend $2 on a real ticket. I stop play this scam bogus games 2 year ago because I always keep getting e-mails from them and I wanted to atleast try to win something maybe get lucky for my kids sake since I have 5 of them. Served during the Gulf war use to make $60,000 a year working now on disability and waiting to win on this sure is worse than waiting for my body to shut down or a clot to go to my lungs again or heart or brain. My mom use to enter this years ago and did she said for 40 years and never won as much as a thank you for wasting your life dreaming. So without further adue thank you PCH for changing someone's life out here in the world and keep on keeping on did trying hope and dreams that is why you are the entity that you are. Well just got another email that someone on my road maybe a winner and if I want it to be me I should stop posting the truth and come scratch off my chances at winning $. 05 for life hangs in the balance and by delaying responding to this e-mail means I will forfiet any shot I have at winning nothing.

If they are so concerned with customer satisfaction why am I still waiting on orders as far back as March

Looks shady when you never win. People worry about not being home when the prize patrol arrives. A complete waste of energy to even think about this.

They said theres no record and i have 20 scratch offs worth $. Then they say you have to wait until gateways over... well gateway 1300 is over!

Ok my PCH story short version that girl that says you don't pay anything well she ask for me to spend money 300 dollars on a gift card so she can activated my prize
So spend money on something they say doesn't go to them but you send it to them

Ok now when you getting closer to getting your prize they want your information that's do one but i had a problem with that for one she wanted me to send a picture of my ssn card
Ya over the phone so i had a problem with that so you no what she did she sent me a picture of someone ssn card and i told her now that why i don't want to do that that is all they need to take e from you
So she got upset that wouldn't do that
I asked her to send me proof of who she is so maybe i would do that for her
So she sends me a picture of her she says i just did this in my office so i was ok then i got to thinking wait i seen that be so i looked back at pictures she. Sent me days ago geuss what there it was sane picture so she lied to me and when i called her out on that she got up
Then she said if i won't give that card to her she giving my prize to someone else and she quit me and block me from her

So watch out don't believe
They just got sued for doing this to people

I have started to purchase from their mini catalogs for 3 months and the first month the products came within 2 weeks... the second set of orders were placed and it took them 3 weeks to deliver and then I receive a letter from their credit department that my account has been suspended for non payment. I was furious because he sent 2 letters within 5 days of the first letter written. At this time I was confused because it stated when you purchased that you had to make either if you wish full payment or 4 easy monthly payments. To my surprise the letters were for the total amount and my account was suspended. Meanwhile I haven't received half of the items that I have ordered, so I called their service department. The young lady sound like she was reading from a script. She instantly knew my problem and with no hesitation demanded I must print out my bank statement to prove my payments. In this day and age, big companies like this don't have an accurate accounting system but in mean while I am receiving demanding letters for money, products I have not received. I wrote 3 letters to company head and hope they hear my story. My husband always told me is too good to be true about this company and he is so right. They mislead you about purchases, send you a total ill demanding money even though they say you can pay off balance within 4 months and their accounting and delivery department need to get it together. If everytime I make a payment, I have to print out bank statement is better I find another shopping network that has credentials and not so many complaints. The products are surely made from china and very poor quality. Publishers Clearing House is a scam. I have never seen anyone winning anything from this company. Total Scam..
