I have been participating in PCH sweepstakes for almost 47 years. I have purchased many items from them. One incident that I was not to happy about was in a mailing I received that stated that if I ordered 2 or more items that I would receive $30 in FREE merchandise with no shipping costs. Well, I received the items to my amazement they were so cheesy and not only that, there was a shipping charge added. I contacted PCH and said that there was not to be a charge associated with that order. Got no where with them! Most of the items advertised in their mailings you could purchase anywhere for less and not pay such a high shipping cost. Now there are high profile people advertising you could win MILLIONS on PCH so enter now. Well, I'm still WAITING! By the way, I am 76 years young. Can"t wait much longer. LOL. Good Luck you all!

Pch has ruined there site with all the advertising they add to there gaming sites, not only are there games rigged but all the advertising they added has taken the fun out of the rigged experience, what used to only take a couple of hours not takes 4 to six hours to complete. I dont really think anyone has ever won at any of the games on these sites, im seriously disappointed in pch and really think its time the federal gaming commission look in to pch.

Great
June 6, 2019

PCH is real and legit I've won $10 and$300 Dollar checks from them. I cashed them at my bank. They are real checks my bank manager checked. I've gone through a tough last five years in my life. From losing my beloved mother to having a severe job injury with losing my job getting fired to their insurance doctor's forced me back after I got surgery. They closed my claim. I lost my job they also neglected me when I got hurt. I worked out there 20years. I'm losing my place not able to work due to my injury about to get evicted in a few days. Just letting u all know that PCH is real and legit and I am a real person and not affiliated with any type of company like PCH all you need to have is hope and patience never give up. You won't know if you win if u
Don't try to win. Sincerely yours PETER GARCIA MOSES LAKE, WA *******

I have been playing instant Bingo for over a year now. I sometimes get all the numbers, but I never, ever have gotten the letter "O". Has anybody else experienced the same problem. I am convinced the "O" does not exist.

No one is forcing you folks to play the games, you do it because you wish you could win $ and if you truly wish to win, keep trying and maybe you will win. Instead of complaining, try being optimistic and don't fantasize that Pch is reading these letters. If you don't like the game, get out or try being more positive in your lives. Besides, cry babies usually only end up with a baby bottle and not money. Play, have fun, stay cheerful as possible and just be as happy as you can be. Remember, life is precious and you only have one life this time around. Hope you all get something good in your lives that genuinely makes you happy. The End

Merchandise sucks
June 17, 2015

I bought a duffle bag from Walmart 10 years ago for $9.98 and the little side pouch zipper is messing up. I see PCH has a duffle bag, it was one of those buy one and get a second for free. Total cost about $20. The dimensions were the same so I ordered it. They came in the mail just in time for a trip. Packed my bags (one of them had my camera and netbook) and carried them to my vehicle. So I maybe put a couple of minutes of stress on them. Made it to my destination 6 hours later, grab the bags and sling them over my shoulders only to have the one with my camera and netbook break and hit the parking lot ground. Luckily nothing damaged due to the surrounding clothes but now I'm not able to trust the cheaply made duffle bags. I went back to using my Walmart one. I guess I should have known when I first saw them and the seams and materials were starting to unravel.

For the price you are buying cheap plastic clock that does'nt keep time. I put a brand new energizer battery and it didn't keep time. The plastic it's made of is flimsy. I didn't mail it back because it would have cost all away around more than the cost of the clock.

I ordered seed stones from PCH for $17. With shipping and handling the cost was $28.95. They sent me a "mystery gift" which I did not ask for and which was "free". They then charged me $6.51 for this"free" gift. So mt $17 seed stones cost me over $34. From now on i am going to toss any makings from them without opening them.

PCH Is A Scam
June 30, 2015

When I find out that people are winning after only playing a few times or a even a few months, I am very disheartened, as I have played for well over 20 years now, and still have not won a thing. What I just found out a few days ago makes me sad as well. All of the games are rigged. The Bingo game is rigged and so are the others. I have landed on $1,000 many times, but once it lands on the money, (Lucky Diamonds) the dial quickly goes towards the tokens, proving this game is rigged. So tired of getting rewarded with tokens instead of real money. I have been playing PCH since the 70s when it was all mail-in entrys only. When is it my turn to win PCH?! I play every day and spend approximately 2-3 hrs. Each day playing all of the games, but yet I never win. Bottom line is they pay people to "PRETEND" to win. I've been told they are all actors. I don't believe anybody ever wins. If PCH comes to my door, then I'll believe it, but not until then.

In the scratch off page, the Kings Crown of Cash and Snake Eyes NEVER opens! Because of this, you can't open the safe to unlock who knows what. I emailed them to ask them to fix it, but of course nothing has happened. So this is how they NOT pay out. Pretty slick PCH!

Extra tokens if you search EVERY day, NOT. Eventually you are reverted back to 5k tokens even when you comply with 5-6 emails every day to keep up the 25k tokens. Won $10 early on and bought $150 worth of mostly useless crap and once again they do not accept that I have entered almost every day since August. Were I not retired, I would not have the time to play for the hours it takes every day with "one final step required to confirm my entry." A great deal of bogus entry requirements that should not be happening. And who wants to watch an hour of the same repetitive commercials for products I never buy or use?

I have won approximately $300.00 playing the games which is very great, however I have become increasingly frustrated due to the fact that the link to enter the mega prize drawing works less than half the time.

I have been faithfully playing all of the games every day for years, winning tokens. And for what? I also of course enter to win the big prize of $5,000 a week, faithfully send in these these entries every single day. There is no way possible with the amount of tokens that I spend that I haven't won the items that I've bid on. This absolutely HAS to ne a SCAM! I have played the games and sent in my entries for YEARS on. A daily basis. Bid in prizes for years... and nothing? Come on now.

I am so disappointed as it takes too long to finish a tab of scratch offs and they don't load properly and they have double trying to load pages and hang up for too long doing that... What happened too many pages behind it trying to get my information or what?

First they say you won---but need to complete some offers. Fine. EXCEPT then they splash up a HUGE screen preventing you from completing the required information. TOTAL SCAM. Probably time for a class action suit...
