A complete con - Item never sent.
Thought it was a uk based company but it turned out to be a bunch of crooks in China. They kept using excuses about our battery being in the post and delayed for various reasons. We purchased through Paypal but pcbattery strung us along for so long that we over ran the dispute deadline (we'd never raised a dispute prior to this so got caught out). Never got the item and out of pocket £30.
Just signed up to sitejabber, so although this happened a while ago I decided to post a review as they've don't the same thing to others since.

website claims to be UK based, is actually in china. never recieved the batter i ordered and have been told repeatedly to 'have a wait'. seems to be a compleate con... not to be trusted!
