I bought a battery for my laptop from newlaptopaccessory.com. It was by far the cheapest offer and the delivery costs were even included. Unfortunately there were customs fees, but the company (newlaptopaccessory.com) also paid the customs fees. The only disadvantage was the slightly longer delivery time. But that's no wonder, as it's a long way from China to Germany. For the price and the good customer service you can get over it, you just have to factor in the time. I can recommend the company (newlaptopaccessory) to anyone without hesitation!

I bought a battery for an Asus laptop, but the battery was held up for a long time at customs and I had to pay fees to receive it, but the company Battery.pt refunded me the value.

The battery was well packaged and works well.

I bought a charger for lg 38gn950 at PTBateria to replace the original one. Although it's a white label charger, it works beautifully and matches the exact specifications of the original one. It came very well packed.
But the main standout in this purchase was the client support that I had from PTBateria. I had a few issues with Portuguese customs and the PTBateria's client support was absolutely great in all the help I needed, making this company a definite choice in future acquisitions.

On the first order, I didn't specify the laptop input interface for the charger and they sent the wrong one. After communication with the support team, they refunded me and I bought a new one with the correct interface that works without problems.

It took some time to arrive, because of the distance and because it was stopped at the customs, but they were always very helpfull and responsive. They also refunded the amount paid at the customs.

I bought a charger and battery combo. The charger worked perfectly. The battery wasn't quite what I needed. Nevertheless I was issued a refund and got to keep the battery, since it was faulty.
The customer service although a bit slow it was effective and a delight to work with.

I ordered a laptop charger through this store convinced it was european, but as the order shipped out I found out it is actually from China. Nonetheless, the price was very good, my order only took a couple of weeks to get here and they were very helpful during the whole process, so I'm very happy with my purchase and I'll do business with them again, for sure.

I recently ordered a battery for my laptop. My computer is over 5 years old and finding parts can be challenging. My order arrived within just a few days. The item was very well packaged and was in new condition as they had described. Installation was very straight forward and the device has been working for the last few days with no problems reported by the OS. The product took a while to arrive but it's ok, since I was warned about that possibility before buying. But it came in good packaging and condition. After almost two weeks since I installed the new battery on my laptop, after doing the recommended powercycles that we need to do when we get a new battery, I found out that it lasts almost 30 minutes more than the one I had on the laptop that came with the factory. After this time of use, everything works great. I will definitely buy from PTBateria again.

I did order a battery for my Tongfang Gk5cn5z 11.4V 3-células, and it just come a few weeks later, the battery works like a charm, didnt encounter any faults. The packing was alright, altho i had to pay some customs, but the service is saying they can refund me that value, if they do, the 5 starts are well endorsed.

Equal to original but at 1/3 the original price! Fit's perfect. Works great. First charge made for 8 hours. Didn't heat up like another I've bought last year on another site. Works like a charm!

Needed a replacement battery for my ASUS laptop that the manufacturer refused to sell me or service even though it's only a couple years old. This was the only store that would sell me a suitable replacement (and at a reasonable price). Arrived, installed, and working like a charm.

I ordered a laptop battery, and got exactly the one I bought. The item was shipped with tracking. Only inconvenience is that the site is in Portuguese, and needs to be translated.

The battery came after 3 months, I installed it and it stoped working after a week, I took my computer to a professional and it's not a software issue, but a battery issue, the battery is fit for my computer but doesn't work. I tried to contact client services but they are completely ignoring me, I sent 4 emails and it's been 3 weeks, no answer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I basically lost 70€ (54€ of the battery + 16€ in customs). I am very disappointed and feel like I've been robbed. I want my money back or a replacement :(
