I bought a battery for my laptop from newlaptopaccessory.com. It was by far the cheapest offer and the delivery costs were even included. Unfortunately there were customs fees, but the company (newlaptopaccessory.com) also paid the customs fees. The only disadvantage was the slightly longer delivery time. But that's no wonder, as it's a long way from China to Germany. For the price and the good customer service you can get over it, you just have to factor in the time. I can recommend the company (newlaptopaccessory) to anyone without hesitation!

I did order a battery for my Tongfang Gk5cn5z 11.4V 3-células, and it just come a few weeks later, the battery works like a charm, didnt encounter any faults. The packing was alright, altho i had to pay some customs, but the service is saying they can refund me that value, if they do, the 5 starts are well endorsed.

I bought a charger for lg 38gn950 at PTBateria to replace the original one. Although it's a white label charger, it works beautifully and matches the exact specifications of the original one. It came very well packed.
But the main standout in this purchase was the client support that I had from PTBateria. I had a few issues with Portuguese customs and the PTBateria's client support was absolutely great in all the help I needed, making this company a definite choice in future acquisitions.

It took some time to arrive, because of the distance and because it was stopped at the customs, but they were always very helpfull and responsive. They also refunded the amount paid at the customs.

The battery came after 3 months, I installed it and it stoped working after a week, I took my computer to a professional and it's not a software issue, but a battery issue, the battery is fit for my computer but doesn't work. I tried to contact client services but they are completely ignoring me, I sent 4 emails and it's been 3 weeks, no answer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I basically lost 70€ (54€ of the battery + 16€ in customs). I am very disappointed and feel like I've been robbed. I want my money back or a replacement :(

Eu tive problemas na alfândega, mas a empresa pagou para que pudessem liberar a bateria… me enviaram o dinheiro pelo paypal. Fora esse pequeno atraso na alfândega eu recibi a bateria em perfeitas condições, e eu mesmo efetuei a troca, correu tudo bem e ate agora está a funcionar em perfeição.
