Grade 1 +++: Very accommodating seller (after the first order, the spare part *went missing* in the house; after I ordered again, it appeared again 🙈, so I had to make use of my right of withdrawal because it had become obsolete; + TOP quality, I can attest that the replacement battery is of very good quality, now 3 hours of mobility are guaranteed instead of 10 minutes; + extremely pleasant communication in the event of a return; despite my mistake, the refund went smoothly and completely

If battery doesn`t work, ask for refund and send back, that is why you have a warranty law in each country 💁🏻
