It's 2nd July
I still haven't received the order
And no customer service agent is picking up the phone

Damage product received no contact of paytm customer care 3rd class service... after sale no response
I use Paytm in my account *******rs and Paytm done fraud sum of amount ******* rs widraul on my Paytm wallet I am shocked. I complained to Paytm costumer care he says I am sorry sir I cannot help u and my confidential details are also disclose by Paytm aadhar card number my address I have a bad experience to Paytm plz use carrefully friends
It's over all bad paytm can't change nominee details and further i need to rectify for this problem to change nominee details in my saving account.
There is no channel to connect to Paytm... No Customer care...
Queries are not addressed likely as well..
They took Rs2500 for the Paytm sound box and after various follow up still have replaced it or returNed the money inspite of mails.

It is cheating customers by making error in the website so that the customer can not give the return request.
Though their products are great but their services are pathetic. Hoping they will improve it in near future or else they will collapse sometime soon.

It's hell app not user friendly and not helpful to me and my money has been blocked not able to change the password also
"cash on delivery" option not available on paytm so be sure before purchasing any product form paytm.
