Было бы гораздо логичнее принимать ID-карту, и я высылала свои 2 самых важных документа в Испании - NIE u TIE как подтверждение адреса, адрес в ней указан официально! Это государственный документ, который по своей значимости даже надёжнее, чем квитанции или договор аренды!
Центр поддержки клиентов по телефону отличный! Сама система банка в 21 веке очень сложная и долгая по сравнению с другими банками и платежными системами.

I am Dmitriy Kokin. My Payoneer account was blocked about 15 days ago, and at the same time, a payment (300,000 JPY) sent from a Japanese bank to Japanese virtual bank via Payoneer was canceled. Since then, I haven't received any refund.
I have contacted the support team multiple times, but I only received automated replies with no clear explanation or update. Until this issue, I had a positive experience with Payoneer, but this situation has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

She was genuine, sweet, and truly eager to help. Not only did she resolve my issue efficiently, but she also went above and beyond by offering additional assistance in other areas. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and would confidently rate my experience 5 stars.

I've been dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. $10,500 was stolen from my account through fraudulent transactions — without any email or SMS confirmation from Payoneer. This is a serious security failure. I reported the issue immediately. Google confirmed the fraud and processed the chargeback in 24 hours. Payoneer gave me written confirmation that the refund would be issued by October 9. But weeks later, nothing has happened. I have contacted Payoneer support around 25 times, and every time I get new excuses, delays, or copy-paste replies. I've been promised multiple calls that never happened. This is not how a financial company should treat its customers. The lack of accountability, urgency, and transparency is shocking. I have full written proof, chat transcripts, and Google confirmation, yet Payoneer continues to stall.
This is more than bad service — it's negligence.
