The person who opened a dispute is a scam artist he sent a phishing email to my email and tried to get into my account and they let him win the case. On top of that i have to beg payoneer to let me withdrawal the money i have in my account and its taking forever. Very bad service

If I have any issues at all the staff is well trained to explain everything. They are very polite and professional. I usually get through easily and quickly. I've been with Payoneer for a few years and I don't remember having to complain about poor service.
