Payoneer is great, but I am having issues with the billing service. My payments are on hold and they are asking for documents to validated my account too frequently (I am not a new user). Not happy with their follow up process. I will move back to PayPal.

I would stop using them if I had the choice. The company I work for pays me through these guys, but so far I haven't been able to get my pay. They have quite a bit of my money in "pending" status, but they say I need to fill my tax form out to receive my payment (so I can pay bills, buy food for my CHILDREN etc). I have tried multiple times on multiple different computers to submit my tax forms and the form never submits. I have spoken with 2 chat reps, 2 phone reps, and a supervisor. They say the issue is on their end and it's a high priority issue but I have now waited 48 hours for my paycheck and they're telling me it could be several more days. People plan their lives around getting paid on the date they are supposed to and they expect their pay. Absolutely horrible payment company! They can't give me my pay my employer gave them which is the ONLY service they offer!
