Anna was great. She remembered our last call and resolved my issue immediately. She then confirmed.ed that my issue was escalated and being worked on.

The money should be received once the guest has stayed the night at least half. Another idea is having the customer give 25% of the pay to the host at the beginning to ensure less discrepancies.

This is paying platform which is very easy to handle.
To bad cause local bank had such bad currency conversion commision, and make it senseless the money withdrawal on ATM machines, but nevertheless this is great way to receive payment for your services.
