The Payoneer APP and website interface is friendly, so is the online chat service. However, I had many issues trying to withdraw from my payoneer account on ATMs in Brazil, mostly because there is no option to see in Payoneer the money amount you do have in your local currency. The taxes to withdraw and check your balance are pretty high in my opinion.

Living in a third world is a big mess. The internet connects me with the advanced economies, I learned a lot online and work online too, but nothing is more appreciated than having Payoneer who helps me to put an icing on my cake by providing a service that gets my pay for me in spite of all the barriers.

I will forever be grateful to Payoneer, plus their customer care rocks, they never seize in making my days.

Payoneer is awesome, it is realy helpful for me to manage my income from my freelance job in the digital world.

Unlike Paypal, you can actually get in touch with an agent on Life Chat, and within a few minutes. I waited for about five minutes only, spoke to an agent, and my little technical issue was solved.

I Try find a easy way to get monthly payment from company where i work for more than 8 year witch is located in U. S, but there are to many problems it its takes more thane 10 days and payment request is canceled for poor reasons. My monthly payment was more than $ 700, but to be safe i send test request to our company for $ 100 and i never receive it.

I'm very unhappy with your service.

Very professional and fast service, they are trusted every time feel free during the transaction. Suggestion just add an option of adds funds from the local bank account and debit card, please!

Overall good, tough to get customer service agent if facing issues in the transaction, need time to get support through chat and call. Sometimes charged more than actual amount and sometimes need times to received payments and transfer amount
