I have a problem after withdrawing $880 to my bank account from 9/24 and when requesting confirmation of the transfer because it did not arrive until 10/10/2024
My account is closed to request data clarifying the transfer dates and after sending it, the account is closed completely
And support is closed
And when I write to Ali mail, an automatic message is replied and the inquiry or transfer location is not answered
When talking over the phone, as soon as I put the account ID, the connection is also closed
And the last employee who spoke to me before closing the live chat also mentioned that within 48 hours the matter will be resolved and so far more than 10 days without any benefit from them
The worst bank I have dealt with and I do not recommend dealing with them at all and I will file a lawsuit against them if the matter is not resolved
Because I presented the matter to be resolved if there was a problem in executing a transfer to my bank account, PayPal is transferred and the solution is not resolved through them at all
