When I tried to find support information on your website to resolve this issue, I couldn't locate any direct contact options for customer service in the Customer Center. Eventually, I had to resort to a Google search to find a way to contact Payoneer's customer support, who then assisted me in submitting the document and password to your review team.
I strongly suggest that your company consider improving the user experience on your website, particularly in providing clearer support pathways for customers.
