However, in the last communication, I was fortunate to speak with a support member who was very informative and resolved the issue within 24 hours. I was required to provide an original digital document from my bank, which, due to encryption, led to complications in the submission process. When I tried to find support information on your website to resolve this issue, I couldn't locate any direct contact options for customer service in the Customer Center. Eventually, I had to resort to a Google search to find a way to contact Payoneer's customer support, who then assisted me in submitting the document and password to your review team.
I strongly suggest that your company consider improving the user experience on your website, particularly in providing clearer support pathways for customers.
