Guys don't use it, they froze my money 700+ usd and it has been more than 2 weeks and their customer service are non existent and they never help. Don't use it and avoid it at all cost

Me notifico que tenia pasos que no había resuelto en mi cuenta; y el me brindo los pasos para poder enviar los datos que me hacían faltan. Ahorita voy a seguir los pasos que me brindo atreves de un correo para una cuenta receptora que era el tema principal de mi llamada y por el cual el me brindo un correo en donde se explica los pasos ha realizar. Recomiendo la atención al cliente por llamada y estoy muy agradecido con Adrian por guiarme a resolver mis dudas. Muchísimas gracias!

I hope the is goes to trust pilot. My little beginning with payoneer was very rough and stressful. I was super stressed by them due to the inability to receive my money after weeks of being paid. Everything leveled as soon as my money got deposited into the the second receiving account that I was given and the other processes were quite simple, easy and quick. I also was able to withdraw my money and got credited in less than 10minutes. The last associate that spoke to me is a life safer. If all my future experiences with Payoneer can be as seamless as this past few days have been, then I'm definitely recommending Payoneer to my friends and colleagues.
Me empezaron a llegar correos electronicos de la nada, indicando que alguien habia intentado entrar a mi cuenta, y cuando ingrese a mi cuenta minutos mas tarde, alguien se habia trasferido mas de 6000 dolares a su cuenta, me parece que vulneraron la seguridad de payoneer
