I had some questions about an email. The rep was very helpful and understanding. He walked me through the process and helped resolve the problem quickly.

To get my funds released, I needed to complete a simple online form. Customer support gave me a couple of instructions to proceed with, but we finally found out that the problem wasn't on my end, but it was rather a system glitch. I was even suggested to send the form on an email to speed things up. The issue was solved in less than one hour!

Bank transfers take one day, two at the most. Customer service is fast and professional. Cash at any auto-teller. Send money to friends with Payoneer. Great.

They block your account for no reason and hold your money for a very long time probably to make interest from it they tell you that they do that for security reasons but they never answer or tell you the reason
