I provided all sorts of documents just to prove who I am and only got partial resolution. My issue is still not resolved as yet. I called every couple days for an update only to hear my info was not approved and I need to add something else eg of what I added Drivers license, letter through the post etc.
It has been two years that Haven't use Payoneer I was lost on how to navigate the portal forgot how to send vouchers and some interface are very new to me, I really thought that my account is already close that I need to go through the process again but I'm so glad that it's not. I was helped by Wendy and she was so very helpful and very patient to walk me through to the new portal interface. Good thing I still have a Payoneer account I can get out from other platforms that charges me so much of fees!

And I submitted all needed, but only after I asked for the supervisor, issue was resolved. You need to make approval protocol better and don't wait for your customers loose their patience and call a lot of times get things done
