Problem 1
Payoneer will seek EVERY single paper you have... and papers on your relatives if possible. They ask me to provide my current address. I am from Ukraine and live here. Our Constitution clearly states, that we as citizens are not obliged to inform anyone about our movements and residence. Payoneer thinks otherwise. Right now Payoneer obliges me to provide them with utility bill with my name on it. If there is no name on it I need to provide them with rental agreement. If I live with my mom I need to prove that she is indeed my mom, so naturally they want her marriage sertificate where her second name is the same as mine. Does this start sound bull$#*! to you? Well it should. "This is our requirement to continue providing our services to you". Well, if I have a cable man at my flat he does not ask me for such papers but he still provides me with payed services. Or another good question: when will Payoneer require me to install web cameras in my bedroom to continue to provide me with services?

Everyone at this point knows how impossible is to contact Payoneer via help center. All you get is auto-bot replies which lead to nothing.
I am so happy that I use Payoneer and they are the best! My experience with them is incredible, they are always there to help us with any issues if we have and to say one and only word: They are Perfect!
Difficult to reach customer care. Also not easy to solve issues, which happen quite often. If you really have no other options, then can be considered.
Call Servive is great, other services are slow tho. I hope Email and chat Servive also gets better with time.

First of all I was very happy how quickly Payoneer picked up my call. Some companies I am on hold for hours but within 60 seconds a real representative picked up the phone. The customer service agent that dealt with me, Wendy, was very friendly and resolved my issue very quickly, efficiently and in a simple manner. After I hung up the phone within 60 seconds I had the email I needed. I wish all customer service agents and companies were like this!
No queue in their hotline. Agent spoke clearly and was clear about the procedure and process of my problem.

The Payoneer is best to get payment from clients and withdraw it to the local bank right away. Also, their card services are awesome to get a withdrawal from ATM instantly when I get payment loaded on my card.

I am sorry but not all of your changes to your services are making things easy for us the users of your services. I am a freelancer and my services for researching for information clients ask for is not for businesses. I am more of a consultant and do other freelance jobs for a few companies. Normally I am super happy with your services but it seems everything is much harder lately and takes more time. I don't know what is going on but it is a bit frustrating lately.
