After years using payoneer and more than $50k of transactions they blocked my account fro two weeks and I did not get any answer back from them on why the block or when it will be fixed.

I am a happy customer for several years now. Been through two cards, after my first expired recently they sent a new card which arrived okay within 3-4 weeks.
Over my time with them, I have always received prompt payments and transfers. Never had to fight with support or anything like the other reviewers here have experienced.
The service that Payoneer provides is unique and totally useful for me. I've used it for receiving freelance earnings and affiliate commissions from various US companies, most of whom I wouldn't be able to receive money from otherwise. Especially not with Paypal.
If you don't follow the rules they set out, you will probably be disappointed. It's not their fault, there are lots of regulations for international transfers and they do a great job of making it easy to receive cash over borders. They jump over hoops so you don't have to.
Overall: 5/5 stars because I have literally no complaints.

I've been hassled for two weeks now looking for funds transferred from PayPal to Payoneer.
I can recieve the debit card. Until I get paid from fiver or airbnb what about people who does not work with those company. And just want to start there business.

Payoneer have introduced a second step security and they send you a code which I wasn't getting turns out it was a misunderstanding on my proper phone number so we will see now if things get better
