I've ordered from Payne's glasses twice now and they are speedy and provide quality glasses.
I was hesitant about purchasing glasses online and I did a LOT of research. I finally decided to take a chance on buying some glasses that were on sale, a pair that I could wear around the house. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them. I'm wearing them today at the office! I purchased another pair, this time progressives, and I absolutely love them. I have to admit that I like my Payne glasses better than the glasses I purchased at my eyecare provider.

They got the prescription correct. Nice seeing out of them, and I get compliments on how they look on me. I've got bifocals.
Web site was easy to navigate. Glasses arrive with in time frame. Packaged well.
I have ordered a few times over the past 2 years. Very satisfied with every pair. Quality made, best pricing ever! I now have a different pair for each day of the week, and didn't break the bank. I get compliments on each pair and always make sure to tell them where I purchased them.
The prices are good. The quality of the lens could improve. I known I orsered basics which affordable, however over time the lens peel and look dirty all the time. They usually last only about 4-6 months and this becomes expensive to replace. Set income cannot afford new glasses evey 6 months.

Prescription was wrong on the sunglasses. The first pair I ordered it was right, not this replacement pair. Customer service brushed me off with no help for resolution.
I'm not sure how I came across this sight but I am so glad I did. The entire process was easy, communication was great and my glasses arrived earlier than expected! I'm blind as a bat got my glasses today and I'm in a whole new world. Will be buying more pairs for myself and my daughter very soon. The Customer Service is excellent, and the quality of the frame and lenses are very good. However, I was disappointed because all the frames available for Progressives are too big for my face. So, I only wear the glasses at home, but not to go out, which is really a waste for me.
I had an issue with the glasses I ordered from Payne, that in the end was my error, and they did not hesitate to remake the glasses! The new pair came in timely fashion and are perfect! I would recommend this company to everyone wanting quality glasses at a reasonable price and excellent customer service!
