Great service and decent pricing and Great products
We've now ordered over 10 pair of prescription glasses/sunglasses and we have not had one issue with a single pair! We've still spent less on over 10 pair than we spent on my husband's one pair from the eye doctor! Also, my daughter has pretty unique glasses from our eye doctor and we found a pair from Payne that nearly look identical and they were $280 less! We only get our glasses through Payne Glasses now!
I have been given the wrong prescription on my new glasses and they were not aligned with my pupils. I have been asking for a full refund after Lenscrafters helped me discover the incorrect measurement in the lens and the incorrect sphere. I have waited over six months for a refund and I am still waiting for a 230.00 refund. I have mailed the useless glasses back. They do not want to take accountability. They will not refund my money. It is very bad business. If they do refund me I will take this complaint down but after six months of hundreds of emails and closed up pictures of stickers on my glasses that are completely off my right pupil... very very frustrated. It was the prescription the entire time which without lenscrafters I would not have known that is is COMPLETELY THIER WRONG DOING and they are still fighting the refund. No integrity.
Never again in life. I sent my glasses back and they lost them. And they said pick out anew pair, and put in # REPLACE. *******. I paid $139 for the first pair and $140 for the second pair. Never again in life.
Received my order well within the estimated time frame and could not be more pleased. The frames were much higher quality than I expected and fit my face perfectly! The lenses as well are as good as any ordered from an optometrist. I am already planning to get 1 or 2 more glasses ordered soon.
Glasses arrived in secure packaging with a glass case and cleaning cloth which was appreciated! I love that they included a measurement device for my pupils. I ordered two more pairs!
All Three prescriptions are off. Blurry, unusable!

For the price the frames were great. I take them to my eye doctor to fill the prescription because. I have a very complicated prescription. I like ordering the frames here because I can get fun frames instead of overpriced fuddy duddy.
Glasses are awesome for a low price. I was worried because they were so cheap they may not be any good. I was wrong. I love my new glasses and they are as good as the eye Dr's. Office. I will order her again when I need new glasses.
I'm very happy with how they turned out! I have astigmatism and require prism so it's very impressive to get such great glasses for this price. They're so chic as well so I plan to keep returning!
The one complaint I have is that the glass frame material was not Shiny Black, but Matte. That is extremely disappointing. Also the transition is not as dark as I would have liked.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses as well as a pair of prescription sunglasses through payne and they are great. My husband just ordered himself some as well. You're honestly can't beat the price. You can pay $600 at the eye doc or get them here for less than 100. It's really a no brainier

The extra $9 was worth it to be able to make changes, and although it took a while to go back and forth with customer service, they were nice to work with and the new glasses are great.
