I've been buying since 2014 and have never had an issue. I do wish they had more oversized framed like the 70's glasses but that's just my preference. I also wish everyone didn't know about this site because the price has increased tremendously. But the price is still more affordable than my local optometrist.

A little difficult process to find glasses I wanted

I made the mistake of buying 2 pairs of glasses from them. Both did not fit well. Customer service engaged in word games. They offered to refund 1/2 my cost if I paid to return the glasses to them. Which is crazy. I end up with no glasses and paying them for their screw up.
This is a scam
1. Process to order very easy and efficient

3. Very confusing experience with DHL. Received very confusing numerous emails saying delivery was attempted unsuccessfully - which appeared to be spam. Finally phoned DHL and advised order was approximately 250 miles away and they could not deliver to area so they would mail via Canada Post. Eventually received.
4. Frame appeared excellent but find prescription lenses tend to distort vision resulting in telescopic effect.
I ordered and paid for glasses. I later got an email that the frames were no longer available. When I asked for a refund, the company wants me to pick another frame. Definitely bait and switch. This was their error, not mine.
Need to make it easier to order.
Wasn't as happy with my second pair as I was my first. It would of been nice to have someone call me because they could see that something was different then my first pair.
I bought 2 pairs of distance glasses and chose to add anti-reflective lenses and then even with shipping, my total only came out to $22.17! Are you kidding me? That's awesome!
Glasses are good, price is great. Don't love the progressive lenses. Are not as good as my expensive ones and are harder to clean and keep clean

Have ordered twice. Each has fit well and been perfect for vision. Knowing specifics about frame dimensions and how to order is essential. I ordered teen frames to fit right.

The only thing I will have to warn others is trying to choose the trendiest glasses and I made the perfect choice and the price was so affordable!
