Payne glasses is my favorite place to get glasses with soo many options and the cutest eye wear around.
My dog chewed up my original glasses, purchased from Payne Glasses. I contacted Payne to see if they had another pair of frames, which they did, and immediately shipped them to me. I was able to put the lenses from the first pair of frames into the second pair of frames.
Everything was ok. Glasses were a great deal for the price I paid. Would recommend Payne to my friends and family.
While most ladies will not think about having sturdy eyeglasses, it is a must for me as mine tend to get knocked off my face while at work and having glasses that can take a fall or get bumped into and not break is a must. They are also stylish and fit the face well. And as always please keep making more styles in Large/wide frames as I am one of many with big heads and always need the width so that the glasses do not cut into my temples or behind my ears. I love that eyeglasses prices have come down low enough that I can get glasses in different styles and colors that match outfits or my mood on a particular day. I needed this option thirty years ago when I first started to wear glasses and found the ones I got to be too heavy and did not like to wear them.
My first online eye glasses purchase and it was as good an experience as I could have hoped for.
Glasses are affordable and comfortable to wear. Only complaint is that the warranty charge applies by default. I removed it, then adjusted my cart but never left my cart. The charge for warranty applied after my cart adjustment and I didn't realize it until I completed purchase. Watch for that charge!
I bought two pair as backups for a new prescription Payne again!aàfrom a national chain. These glasses were as good or even better than the pair I got from the famous glasses chain! And for a tenth the price! Good fit good lens cut good overall. I'll definitely do business with Payne again.

I picked up a pair to have on hand as a spare however since they have arrived I've been wearing them more than my more expensive glasses. I will be purchasing more in the future. Excited to try out different frame shapes and sun tints. Thank you Payne Glasses for making my glasses more fun than just something I'm forced to stick on my face in order to see.
Started out ok but after sending a copy of prescription and talking to someone on the chat line making sure I got what I needed they still came wrong? So I went through the return and try again policy with them my order came out to less money and thought that the remaining balance would go back to my credit card. I was told that's not our policy you need to use your full balance on one purchase. So bottom line I'm out around $30.00 doesn't sound like much but how many others has this happened to. After all this hassle I should have searched a little deeper for a different company. BEWARE..
