Amazed how perfect the glasses are
I recently experienced a situation where the post office didn't handle their side. It happens. I reached out to customer service weeks ago and no one ever replied. I ordered an additional pair and they haven't moved at all yet. No production, nothing. I'm truly lost bc Payne is always fast and pain free. I guess bc I nvr had to speak with anyone. A little annoyed n slightly disappointed.

Sara Chen who has responded to my emails requesting clarifications on the issues encountered does not help and keeps on requesting pictures even of my face with glasses not responding afterwards.
I like the variety of styles and sizes and I would just like to see that I could narrow the search based on measurements which has always been the toughest part of buying eyeglasses for me.
I love Payne Glasses - but I don't love the fact that your website does not return to the place where I was shopping after I finish looking at a frame in detail. It's a real pain to scroll through from the first page each time! I also wish they would restock frames that are sold out.
I applied points to my purchase, but they were not applied to the final purchase price. Very disappointing!
