Payne Glasses

First I am older and retired. Second these China made junk is just that. All of the glasses I have bought the lenses are for children, they are to small. Forget the pictures you see. I cannot afford real glasses here where I live for 450 to 600 dollars. I am forced to buy tiny glasses with lenses that are way to small. Beware All. What they say and what see are different.

I have compared numerous websites for Glasses and always come back to your site to order, I have friends that have gone thru competitor sites and have had issues with substandard quality of product, I have ordered from you on many occasions and the products you sell are of decent quality. I love Payne Glasses and recommend it to everyone. My mom just got her first pair and she loves it too. I'm on my third pair. I keep seeing new styles that I have to have, and they are so affordable that you can order multiple pairs.

I love getting my sons and husbands glasses from here they both are very hard on them so it's nice that the prices are so good this is the 4th order in a year I put in and they never disappoint the glasses always come in a timely manner and they are always so nice looking pictures do them no justice

I talked to a customer service rep and she told me that i would be getting a full refund, however weeks later I only got 40% of the total cost the took the rest. This seems to be theft tome, especially after I'm told I would get a full refund then get charged 60%. Not a fan.

We've been repeat customers for several years with some minor incorrections occasionally that were corrected by Payne to my satisfaction.
But these last 2 purchases have been the complete opposite.
This recent pair arrived and immediately I knew something was wrong
I initiated a chat with customer service.
The customer service person on Chat was argumentive and tried to convince me that I ordered single vision distance only glasses which is incorrect.
She eventually admitted her mistake and confirmed that I ordered what I said I ordered which were single vision reading only.
Basically, they are cheap made and I knew that beforehand but after my request for refund, Payne deleted my save prescription and demanded I return the glasses for a 3rd party inspection.
This hassle and poor treatment is unacceptable and I'm forced now to deal with a new eyeglass supplier.

Got great glasses for a great price and shipping was fast. Had them with a couple weeks at a fraction of the price at the doctors. I was nervous to order progressive lenses online, but took the chance during a sale and am very happy with the 2 pairs I ordered! Thank you!

I have bought several pair from Payne and there are just as fine! They fit great, as I have a larger head, they carry even big frames! I have been scared about ordering online "site unseen", but Payne has made it a great experience!

I have been given the wrong prescription on my new glasses and they were not aligned with my pupils. I have been asking for a full refund after Lenscrafters helped me discover the incorrect measurement in the lens and the incorrect sphere. I have waited over six months for a refund and I am still waiting for a 230.00 refund. I have mailed the useless glasses back. They do not want to take accountability. They will not refund my money. It is very bad business. If they do refund me I will take this complaint down but after six months of hundreds of emails and closed up pictures of stickers on my glasses that are completely off my right pupil... very very frustrated. It was the prescription the entire time which without lenscrafters I would not have known that is is COMPLETELY THIER WRONG DOING and they are still fighting the refund. No integrity.

I enjoyed the virtual trying on off glasses (when available). There were times when the image wasn't positioned correctly on my face. My first set of glasses didn't work out. Through many emails and pictures sent via email, I was able to return the set using a refund code to purchase different glasses. The second set didn't work out for me either. Consequently, because I used the refund code, I am now stuck with glasses that don't work for me. In hindsight, I would have rather received 50% back and return the glasses than try twice and have unusable glasses. My advice to someone considering this online option of buying prescription glasses, don't do it unless you are comfortable in gambling.

I have absolutely loved my glasses I've only had an issue with two out of like 30. My biggest complaint is they really do not have enough glasses for boys. Seriously get some more boy glasses. Preferably ones that can stretch for the kiddos with ADHD and autism!

Very easy to look at frames and some you can try on. This is the second time I have ordered and it sames time and lots of money when you buy because I use progressive lens and then you order these frames from your doctor they can cost over 600.00. So I am very pleased.
