Payne Glasses

My new sunglasses are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about Payne Glasses. I've been wearing glasses since I was in third grade in 1971, and I've never had an easier or more affordable way to purchase them. I wear strong progressive trifocals, and my new sunglasses and ordinary glasses let me see clearly.

I've ordered from Payne glasses several times and a very pleased with the ease of ordering, the price, delivery time, and the quality of the glasses. I've had no issues with fit or vision with ANY of my orders- and that has not been my experience at traditional optical establishments.

I received my order but I could not see more than 9 inches from my face. I called my optometrist and asked them if the prescription they gave me for computer glasses was correct. They said it was. I called Payne and asked them why the glasses I received were so strong that it was like looking through a magnifying glass. We went over the prescription and found that the figures that I put on my order were correct but somehow an additional 2.5 were added to them because the were reading glasses. The Customer agent, Katie was a pleasure to work with and she set up a new order for replacement glasses. I loved the frames that I choose.

It is easy to search and navigate the website, making the whole ordering experience super easy. There are so many options to choose from, but the filters are great to narrow down your style preferences.

Very pleased with the quality of my glasses and how quickly I received them. They were exactly as described and I appreciated how detailed the measurements were on the website, so I knew they would fit my face.

I originally bought this frame in the clear brown color but they blended in with my face and didn't do anything for me. After calling customer service and then sending them back, they replaced the frames with the darker color and I absolutely love them. Great customer service- would absolutely recommend!

Purchased 2 pairs of glasses, mostly pleased with both. One of the frames fit too loosely, probably too big for my face because it kept slipping down--it needed Croakie sling to secure stems to stay in place on ears and keep frame snug on face. The other frame was smaller and fits better, no need for Croakies. Overall, impressed by the quality and cost of these glasses.

I have now ordered 5 Pairs of glasses from Payne and they have all been great, had a slight mishap with my first order ( completely my mistake) and they went above and beyond to fix the issue which is why I keep returning!

I ordered 5 pair of eyeglasses. I paid for the expedited postage and I was surprised at how quickly my order came. I purchased driving glasses, dark glasses, bifocals and 2 pair of reading glasses. All lens are very clear and the frames are nice. The only thing I didn't like is that the reading glasses have too short of focal range. I should have factored that in when I ordered so it is my fault. The price is right so I will probably order another set of reading glasses but will first talk to a representative about the focal range before I place the order.

My glasses perscription is good. A little blurry on the edges, but, otherwise, I am happy with them. I did have a problem when I ordered my sunglasses. I wanted blue lens, but the way the ordering screen was on the page, I ended up with regular tint sunglasses. Because they were prescription, I made a deal to keep them and get a second pair for 1/2 price, so I got the blue lens. On my original order I had paid for an express shipping. The shipment was not delivered on time and I had to go to the UPS building to pick them up after arguing with the unpleasant clerk. Overall, I like my glasses and am happy with the blue lens. I plan on re-ordering when I need another pair. I will be more careful on the order page, and not pay for express shipping.

I like having choices as to which glasses I'll wear any given day. The affordability & quality of the glasses I've ordered from Payne have made me one happy human!

My time is come for long hours working I have to wear a glasses to because a cant see properly, so I jump online and both my glasses. Buying process was clear, price was good so I am wearing my glasses and feel happy thank you.

Over all I would say my experience was ok. Initially the order came back wrong due to my inexperience with the multiple selections available under lense colors vs transitions. They offered to make it right and said they would reach out to me to confirm my order. Once I hit submit, I was charged additional money and no one contacted me to confirm my choices. Eventually the glasses were right but I was very disappointed in the additional charge. When some finally reached out to me, I was told I got what I ordered and they left the additional charge stand. I am not happy about Payne not honoring their promise for a 'courtesy' exchange that ended up costing more.

The glasses themselves are good. But with so many choices available, I believe I will try someone else next time.

I was pleasantly surprised how accurate the try on feature was. I ordered myself four pairs of glasses and two pairs of sunglasses. I was happy with all of them. The prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality frames and lenses.
