Payne Glasses

This was my first time ever ordering prescription glasses and I am so happy with the experience! My frames are cute and don't hurt my ears. The fit is great and they are stylish. I can't wait for the other glasses on my wishlist to be back in stock because I will be ordering more!

Ordered glasses for my daughter-in-law. We have ordered many pairs of glasses for my entire family that have been good. These glasses were not usable. When she put them on they distorted her vision greatly. They were done with the same prescription as the previous ones we ordered, however this pair was unusable. Tried several times to call, but was unable to talk to someone about them.

I made a mistake with my order and their response to my problem was an incredible customer service experience. I recommend Payne to everyone needing glasses. Very refreshing to get excellent service like this.

The people where nice and service was good, the frames where nice. My problem is with the prescription, the first pair I was unable to see and read with at all the lenses where cut wrong, of course it was my fault because I did not measure the PD correctly. So we went through taking more pics and sending those to them and after 6 or 7 e-mails (they will not talk to you directly I tried to call) they did agree to send me another pair. When I received them they are a little better but the prescription is so low on the lenses I have to tip my head back and look through the very bottom to read print in a book and it is still blurry, the lenses are still not cut with the prescription in the right place on the lenses its to low. I will not ever use them again and would not recommend them to anyone, would have been better off just throwing my 100 dollars out the window.

Have ordered glasses online in the past. Payne Glasses is hands down the best of them. I own 2 pairs of progressive lens glasses, and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. My lady has 5 pairs of their glasses. At the quality and price point, there are none better.

I LOVE my Payne glasses. I have bought six pairs total so far and I'm sure I'll be buying more. I love that I can get great quality no libe progressive bifocals at such amazing prices and in so many fun styles! I love to wear corresponding glasses with my outfits. It is so much fun!

The prescription is not properly lined in the glasses. I have been chatting with Payne customer service for the last 1.5 months. The questions and requests to move the glasses up/down, close one eye, one the other eye, take a picture, take another picture with the ruler, move to the side, get another prescription, remeasure your PD, etc. has been a little TOO MUCH.

I have purchased from Payne for years. This is beginning to be somewhat frustrating. I'm still holding out to see what the end result will be. (I know I do have other options).

Customer service is helpful, knowledgeable about the products and kind. I especially appreciate that the customer service rep with whom I spoke was able walk me through the process of inputting my prescription on the site. The result? Glasses that look great and feel fine!

I purchased a pair of "sport goggles" after reading the description and looking at a few of the photos I thought i was all set. After I received the sport goggles, they weren't really goggles. They were pretty much eye classes with a stretch band to put around your head. No side eye protection. They weren't really sport goggles. I asked for a full refund due to the misleading representation of the sport goggles and they basically told me to get lost. I understand the policy under normal circumstances but when you completely mis represent a product that holds a specific purpose then don't give people a full refund, that's a problem.

I haven't received the glasses yet. I have tried to find out where they are, but the site doesn't have that information or a way to retrieve it. I have received 1 email stating that the glasses were being inspected for shipment. This was on July 4th. Until I see the glasses and try them on I can't rate them.

I have had two great experiences with Payne Glasses. I got sunglasses and progressives with this company. I have had no problems with either order. I was worried about the progressives not being correct for my sight but that didn't happen. The process with simple and I really enjoy the savings over getting the glasses through traditional services.

An honest review from a person who invested in the first group. My recommendation is a big NO. Don't invest in the first group and do not fall in to their false promises. The company uses pressure sales, hypnotic marketing to lure investors. I challenge that there no big cheater than the first group in the world. Be careful of this company. Spread this message to all your contacts and make this review viral and save people from getting duped.
