Payne Glasses

I've bought my glasses at Payne twice now and will keep coming back. I was leery of buying frames that were so cheap the first time, but I wore the first pair--Salvatore Browlines that cost under $15--and am still wearing them after over a year with zero issues. Now I've returned to Payne and bought a second pair of the same pair with same prescription, just ordering fancier lenses.

This is my second time purchasing from this company and I've enjoyed my experience both times. The glasses that are offered are beautiful and affordable and I'm thankful this is an option for me. I have 2 littles that love grabbing my glasses and they always end up scratched so I'm very thankful I can turn to affordable glasses when I need a new pair.

Payne Glasses is a perfect example of a lousy company with even worse customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses with lenses and some coatings. During checkout, you get a choice Pay for a Money-back guarantee if something should go wrong or not. I didn't pay and thought what kind of company even charges for this, it should be automatic? Right? WRONG! After weeks of waiting, I received my glasses which were bent out of shape. This company did everything they could not to help me. After threatening them with a chargeback, they acquiesced and sent me the same pair using their slowest form of shipping (most likely out of spite).

Want to avoid a headache and stress? Avoid Payne Glasses, they are exactly that, a PAIN.

There was a great selection of reasonably priced frames to choose from. Ordering was quick and easily done...except I couldn't figure out how to add a price reduction code to the order. Delivery was very quick...arrived in a week or so, better than expected. Excellent communication as to order acceptance and shipping details.

I ordered from pg as well as about 6 other glasses places. In the past, I've had issues (other places) with shipping. I was so excited when I received my pg glasses within about a week of submitting my order. I was able to use my HSA (credit card) and quality of my frames and lenses is great as usual. I have an album dedicated to my glasses collection, and friends are always interested in any color change glasses I have. Keep up the good work, pg!

Extremely professional. Very nice frames and lenses. Communication was really more than I could have expected. The glasses also arrived several days before the estimated time frame for delivery. I purchased glasses for the entire family (4 pairs) for almost $125 less than a single pair of glasses cost me at Lens Crafters and I added a few extras than what my LC glasses had. Plus, two pairs of glasses had progressive lenses and one of those we added transitions to the glasses. There is literally no reason at all to shop for glasses anywhere else. It's now completely affordable to get a yearly eye exam and a new pair of glasses without hesitation. Payne Glasses has earned my business from now on.

I love everything about them! I ordered the wrong size at first and was able to do a one-time exchange for another pair and they fit perfect! I got the premium progressive and that makes all the difference if you use dual computer monitors. I also added the transition to sunglasses and love that feature as well. I didn't invest in the more expensive transitioning but might in the future.

Initial pair of bifocal glasses arrived in a timely manner. However, the closeup portion of the lens was set so high as to make even walking around pretty much impossible. The lenses were remade with the closeup portion at about half the height of the initial pair. This works just fine. I appreciate the willingness of Anne in customer service to make this right.

They have the best prices on the internet. I've already placed two orders with them in the two months I've had my new prescription. Their glasses aren't the best quality out there, just order more, I did, besides you need a pair here and there.
Ordering on their website takes a few minutes to figure out but once you do you'll order lots...

I love their products and their service. I've ordered my glasses here and they have an amazing quality. Also, the shipping to Pasadena was extremely fast. I usually don't order glasses online, but I do know the exact specification that I need and I really liked the design of their glasses. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Always great doing business with Payne Glasses. Look the looks of my glasses and I can multiple pairs for less than one pair at the name brand optical stores.

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. My glasses weren't the right Prescription as the one I put in. They tried twice and both were a fail. I'm so very disappointed. The glasses themselves were very pretty. Bout both were pretty large on my narrow face.

Ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lens and prisms. I evidently didn't enter the prism info correctly as this info is confusing. Had to send glasses back. Payne customer service was fantastic. As a fist time customer, I was a able to get a new pair after customer service assisted me with correctly entering prism info. I received a great pair of glasses at a very, very affordable price. Turnaround and delivery time was fantastic. Will surely do business with Payne Classes again!
