Payne Glasses

Neither prescription is useable, and I didn't purchase your guarantee. I have a dr. appointment late this month and will ask them to check these glasses. The prescription I sent you was about 10 months old, so as of now I don't know if lenses are at fault or if my sight has changed that much.

Shipping: very fast, 3-5 days

Quality: I bought two pairs of glasses from them -- by the way the try-on feature online does not work. One of the frames looked super strange and I just don't know what to do with them now. The other pair was perfect! Online glasses retailers usually have some sort of distortion in their lens that makes it difficult to see 360 degrees, but these have the same clarity and functionality as the glasses I had made in the shop. They have a low bridge fit section where I was looking for plastic frames. I ended up getting a pair from the mens section because they seemed narrower around the nose, and they actually stay up.

Returns: they are unable to offer a full refund on returned glasses unless Risk Free Warranty is purchased. Be careful when selecting frames on this site or order them non-prescription to try at first! You will only be charged $4 for restocking when you send back a non-prescription pair.

Started out ok but after sending a copy of prescription and talking to someone on the chat line making sure I got what I needed they still came wrong? So I went through the return and try again policy with them my order came out to less money and thought that the remaining balance would go back to my credit card. I was told that's not our policy you need to use your full balance on one purchase. So bottom line I'm out around $30.00 doesn't sound like much but how many others has this happened to. After all this hassle I should have searched a little deeper for a different company. BEWARE..

My frames arrived bent. Payne glasses makes returned/refunds as difficult as possible. They will not work with you over the phone, only email. Huge red flag! When they mess up the MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR FACE they will take weeks to send a replacement. Hope you don't need to see until then!

This is my 3rd time ordering Payne, and the first two times were not good. The frames I ordered did not match the measurements given on the website. You guys need to have a look at that. This 3rd time, I was nervous but 3rd time's the charm, as it turns out. I ordered the Kildare frames (I think they're called), and they're easily one of the best pairs of glasses I've bought in quite some time. Super comfortable, I like how they look, and they fit very well. Might be ordering another pair as Rx sunglasses, we'll see.

First pair came and I couldnt see out of them. Customer serv put me thru 100 hoops to make return. Needed to downgrade the lenses to make the prescription work...but the credit given back had to be spent all at the same time. Remake of glasses was cheaper AND they charged me another shipping charge that could not be deducted from my credit nor was the original ship charge refunded. All together a loss on my end of over $60

Very good. A lot of options for lenses. Payne Glasses is an overall awesome company! I've ordered numerous pairs. The frames are BEAUTIFUL. I have received many compliments on them. They have made it easy to get adjustments and refunds if needed, definitely must recommend! My shopping experience with Payne Glasses is excellent.

They really do make a quality product (at an awesome price!). I love being able to buy progressive lenses with peripheral vision! And their customer service (the one time I needed it) was exceptional!

Great site, easy to navigate on mobile. Selection is good, wish there were clip on sunglasses options made for your specific glasses. I have lovely cats eye glasses that look terrible with aviator clip ons. Hint, only serial killers wear aviators.

Initially I was worried about ordering glasses online. But I took the leap last year. I had to buy progressive lenses which are more expensive, but Payne had great discounts. They offer lots of options. This year I came back to Payne figuring I would be paying full price, but once again there were extra discounts. I was spending around $200 before Payne. Now I pay less than half of that. And the ability to virtually try on different options is great. Measure your current glasses to ensure a great fit and have fun shopping from the comfort of anywhere.

I was incredibly impressed with the support I received from the Customer Service representative, Katie, yesterday. She quickly identified a pair of glasses that perfectly suited my needs. My prescription is a bit wonky, I've ordered off other sites before and got the wrong lenses, more than once. With Payne Glasses, I've never had that problem! They're perfect every time and are always cute and amazing for the price

Ive ordered 3 pairs from Payne.The glasses were fun to shop for with the try on feature. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses easy to figure out the ordering process. They ship faster than what the description says if you choose standard delivery. Two out of three deliveries I could see the entire process including tracking. I get so many compliments on my large " granny glam" glasses that i got. So affordable i could order a few pairs at a time still cheaper than the eye glass store.
