I spent hours creating my course, and after publishing, I can not log in to my account, no access at all. Customer service response nothing. They stole my course.

After getting my first sell successfully, the day after my site vanished and my account says this account and email does not exists, i don't understand whats the problem many people are facing the same issue without any clear answer

Worst web seller ever! I bought a set of books "Agatha Christie Crime Novels Ebook Coolection - pdf+epub+mobi" and I got only one book! The seller persistently ignores me, and when I turned to the website for help, I got the answer: "I'm sorry I can't help you on this occasion! "! If they won't help people who buy on their website why spend your money there and be plus and cheated and ignored!

I can't say more than that they deleted my account and my website after 2days without even mention a reason or send email

You closed my account with money in it without any return. Even the support team does not respond. It is the biggest scam. I do not recommend dealing with you.

So here goes,

I opened my first site with PayHip about a week ago. I sell digital wall art that I purchased with private label rights (PLR); and some of my own designs as well. I made my first sale yesterday (yay!), then this morning I found that my whole site and account was deleted.

After some research, I found that they do this when they think there's been copyright infringement...which is not the case with my shop at all, since I purchased the rights from a PLR store.

I can understand the concern, especially since these designs may be sold elsewhere; but they did not ask any questions, they did not give me a chance to explain anything...and after hours of work building my site, creating product images, setting up a Pinterest page specifically for this business, and RUNNING ADS for my new site...it's just gone.

This is especially disheartening because I am actively driving traffic to this site. It's embarrassing. I now have to stop everything I am doing, and build a new site elsewhere because of the time and money I am actively spending to drive traffic to this site.

Oh, and the sale I made? They refunded it back to the buyer. So someone has one of my digital designs for free.

I know that a lot of people have good experiences with this company...and I did too until today; but I just wanted you to all know what could happen to your shop (and hard work) if they happen to suspect something fishy about it, no matter how incorrect they are.

I had to write a review after my awful experience using this server to create my website. After spending over a month building and creating my website, nearly ready to publish - Payhip blocked my access to the platform. I have been going back and forth for over a week with their extremely slow and horrible customer service. What kind of customer service only has an email and no live chat or phone number and takes days to respond a customer?! They blame it on my end and I had no issues beforehand whatsoever all while building my website. They told me I had to remove my proxy, then my vpn, etc. It's been extremely stressful as this was my first time building a website. I have since lost my own personal photos AND all the content I spent HOURS creating, all because for whatever reason, they have blocked my access. I am beyond upset. My advice to anyone considering using Payhip, is do NOT do it, stay far away! It's not worth the risk!

I had high hopes for Payhip, but my experience with the platform has been nothing but disappointing. After spending several hours setting up my shop and listing products, my account was suddenly blocked without any warning or explanation. I have tried reaching out to their support team multiple times, but have received no response. It's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. I would not recommend Payhip to anyone, as their lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. I was so angry at them. You can't just block someone WITHOUT WARNING, people needs to know what happens with their account/ with their time, WE ARE NOT ROBOTS, Payhip is a MONSTER. I don't care if it's says in their stupid policy, they're lazy enough to not send you a fakin e-mail at least saying that the account has been blocked. I hate this indifference from them, they're disgusting. There are plenty of user friendly platforms where you can create your shop with much more trust than these idiots from payhip. As a user, you have a right to expect clear and transparent communication from the platform regarding account issues. Payhip, I really hope you'll be down since you make fun of people. Payhip - ewww

The software allows for a lot of integration with other apps and providers and sites can be well customised. Service and support is outstanding. Always speedy and super helpful. I run courses, events and have downloads on the site and once set up it all flows.
A first class option for start- ups and well into your first 6 figures.

I found Payhip easy to use and good for me as a small business owner. If possible I would like to request that you add more currency like ZAR please. I created certificate templates an upload to be ready for sales but eventually my account get closed. Is it possible that we get a notification the reason for the account to be Closed. The certificate templates was mine and I created the from canva templates I am not sure what can be the reason for my account to be closed. But then I created another one and it is still active I am not sure if it will also be eventually closed or what.

Signed up, established products and store, put links to store, got notification about first sale. Suddenly, I cannot login to payhip control panel with saved credentials, cannot reset password because "my email doesn't exist". On my requests for the assistance, nobody is answering. My earning(s) simply disappeared. They have my money and my uploaded digital goods.
Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be tricked.

I tried to open a store 3 times on this site. Everytime my page was deleted and a refund was issued (not by me or by paypal). The only way to get in contact with Payhip is via email, but apparently they are overwhelmed by people like me as in over a month, no one response to my many emails.

Since I can't figure out why my store was deleted, and no communication telling my me - I can't figure it out on my own

Payhip is the best platform for every small blogger or business owner. The platform is really easy to use and I've seen so much improvement and new features added over the past few months.

I have used a variety of different systems but Payhip is by far the easiest to use. It is super easy to use and whenever I have an issue or question the team is right there to help me.

Excellent and warm service, the mentioning of certain words used leads me to believe this is a truly humble company who honestly desires to help others succeed. Keep up the excellent work you are doing! I am very, very satisfy with the platform and customer support.

The store unlike others has many features built in, quick and easy to set up and get started unlike any I've ever experienced. The apps are easy to use works with customized apps you already have like payment gateways.

Where has this site been all my life?

Payhip is an excellent site for running online courses. It's easy to use and very reliable. There are a few things I would change but all in all, it's amazing! I was able to easily collect Stripe and PayPal and they even handle the VAT for me so I don't have to do it myself (a nightmare). I've been using Payhip as an important part of my online business for the last two years. I'm able to sell PDF files to my customers easily. I have found the Payhip platform really easy to use. The fees are reasonable and were the cheapest of several options when I researched a few years ago.
