I wanted to return some of items that didn't really fit well. I communicate with them on that and Within few days I was offered a refund and got to keep them to give away. They just give away items so that I don't need to bare any Shipping charge to return them. So nice of them. I was not expecting a refund, but was impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness I got from customer service.
