My order ended up getting lost in customs, so a simple email to the customer service team was all that I needed. Recently I had to contact their customer support, as one small article was missing. I was nicely surprised about their professionalism, they replied very fast in a friendly polite manner. I got a voucher for my next purchase. Happy with that.
