When my parcel was first delivered it went lost. When I addressed the issue to Customer service they did an amazing job by keeping in touch via email and guaranteeing the redelivery of all of the items I'd paid for free of charge. I can't explain how happy I was to not have lost £140 worth of baby clothes! Thank you in particular to the assistants Kuenzler and Hazel for providing amazing customer service.

I bought from PatPat website some kids stuff, at the checkout I saw a total amount and free shipping, but when I press order it start showing me that I paid for delivery.
I am so disappointed that I have to pay for delivery, I don't understand why it shows on a website a free delivery today if it actually are not free.
