Sizes do not run true to US -- but I have found them to run consistent with the sizing charts offered on the website. Allow ample time for shipping. Clothing is not top quality, but I'm getting great prices on children's clothing intended to last just a season! I have found the exchange policy to be generous.

I had some issues with the items I ordered. The sizes did not work. The customer service was fast and very helpful. They gave me a credit for the full amount. I also ordered a mommy and me set. It was perfect and we got so many compliments on the outfits!

I have ordered 5 items, 3 of them didn`t fit, wanted to ship them back, they adviced to keep them and they will give me credit on my acount in the same amount the non suitable items. Delivery came in a bit more than 2 weeks to Slovenia - decent. Response from customer service came in 2-3 days, kind assistent.

Love the products orderes. U fortunately the dresses and shirts fall short and are bot a perfect fit for tall ladies

I loved the swimsuit I got from Pitpat but it took quite awhile to arrive and by the time it got here I had changed sizes. (I'm pregnant). The customer service was very responsive and helped me find a great solution. I will order from them again!
