I have looked at items on PatPat for quite some time but was hesitant to purchase as I wasn't confident about the quality or sizing and wasn't sure how easy the return process may be if something didn't work out. Well I finally decided to make a purchase and am very happy. Even though two items I purchased didn't fit quite right, their Customer Service was awesome - very responsive and issued me a refund same day, without hesitation.
