I needed to cancel one of the items in my order and used the texting feature. I recieved a super fast response and the were able to cancel the item and ship out the remainder of the order that day.
Always easy to find the right parts, good prices and fast delivery even abroad.
Not the först time I order from Partzilla and definitely not the last time.
"I'd leave a blank star review if I could. The company customer service and timeliness sucks. It took them a week to ship the part we ordered. The part was ordered on July first. The first email confirmation I received said it would ship the 4th which in itself was a ridiculous amount of time to ship a part which they told me was because they had to get the part in. If I'd know this, I would have ordered it elsewhere to begin with. Knowing the ship date was a holiday I emailed them and requested expedited service and asked them to charge it to an alternate account. I'm then emailed an update that said the part was shipped on Monday the 7th so I'm expecting the part to be delivered on the 9th. On top of everything else they charged the shipping to the original account which cost us a $30 late fee. Today, the 9th, I find out I won't have the part until tomorrow. It has now been ten days to get a part that we paid $33 shipping to get expedited and $30 late fee because they didn't process my request accurately. We have been without our transportation for that length of time and I feel like I've been lied to at every turn. I would not recommend this company ever to anyone.
My only comment is just because the site says they have something in stock does mean they do. But, when they get it it will be promptly shipped.
Ordered a windshield then checked the site four days later to see if it had shipped. Found out that it had been canceled due to being out of stock. Had not received an email or any type of external notification of the cancelation. If I hadn't checked the site I would have been waiting on a part that would never arrive. Talked to customer service rep and asked for any similar part that was in stock. After asking several times he gave me a part number. I ordered the part on the 10th. Checked the site on the 15th, still no shipment. When asked why they responded that the part restocks on the 16th then will be processed even though was told it was in stock when I ordered on the 10th.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be advised this item is shipped from our vendor and at this time the item is not available. I will reach out to our team to adjust the inventory. I do show both orders have been refunded at this time.
I ordered several items for my Honda 300 Fourtrax. The entire experience was pleasant. My items arrived promptly. The items ordered were the items that were delivered.

Partzilla has sent me six emails asking me to review them on this website so they've asked for this. DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE. I understand getting one or even two orders messed up but when literally every single one of my orders has a problem its not even worth it.
1. Never have I had one order arrive on time, these aren't small delays I am willing to look over. These are parts that are preventing my machine from running but arrive two weeks after the estimated "arrival date"
2. They are dishonest about what they have in stock. It will say they have a certain part in stock and it will arrive on a specific date but OH WAIT you just checked out giving them your hard earned money and they now suddenly don't have it ready to ship and it will take a month to get back in stock telling you only AFTER you paid.
3. Any potential cost savings are lost with shipping and taxes, for the love of all that is holy if you value your money buy ANYWHERE ELSE.
This company spams your email to give them reviews, so here is your review. This website sucks, go literally anywhere else.
I will definitely do business with them again. I had a package lost in the mail and they sent me another package right away. Great customer service.

Ordered 4 parts, paid express shipping. Received 1 incorrect part, called to let them know SO BEFORE THEY SHIP THE CORRECT PART YOU HAVE TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ONE ONCEEEE THEY HAVE ARE NOTIFIED IT IS IN THE MAIL THEEEN THEY SHIP... OF COURSE THEY DONT SHIPT EXPRESS (EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT ANDDDD IT WAS THEIR FAULT) They act as if you are fault... so any way what should have taken 5 days turned into a couple weeks. Never again will i do business with them.

The part I ordered and paid to overnight to me was given the wrong ZIP Code therefore it took two days instead of the one day which I had paid $40 for to get to me so I could get my vehicle fixed.

I ordered a reverse motor for my sled when I ordered my part it said I would have my part quicker then anyone else then they kept moving the arrival date up I ordered on the first of January it is now the 9th and shipping has just started I could have ordered this part from anyone else and had it in my hands the part was free shipping and for 2 more dollars I could get it in 1 to 3 days so 9 days later they tell me it will be here by the 16th this is the worst company I have ever ordered from and this will not be the only review I leave there wording when you order is nothing but lies I will not recommend them to anyone nor will i ever do business with them again I say they are a no star company but I have to pick 1 if you need parts fast go somewhere else
