Fantastic parts stock and fast shipping!

I ordered a fuel pump I was needing in a hurry from two parts suppliers, Partzilla being one. Both orders were an expedited shipping order. Partzilla fuel pump showed up two days later as expected while I am still waiting on the other supplier to still SHIP the fuel pump I ordered from them. I will always use Partzilla from this day forward!

Yamaha parts
April 20, 2024

I purchased a washer a rear tire adjuster block and nut. Cost over 50 dollars. Shipping was to much. Only thing that is always way to much. Handling charge to stick a washer nut and adjuster block in a shipping bag. IS CRAZY

Great service

I order a lot of parts for my service and race shop. Partzilla have consistently delivered the parts I need in a timely manner. They're have been a few hiccups along the way, but the staff have taken care of any problems immediately. Online ordering is a snap, online parts availability is a plus. Ordered on 6/9 and my order keeps getting pushed back. I was told This past Monday my order was ready to ship but now it says on the 27th. I can't get a hold of anyone, phone times are over an hour wait, and the chat is a joke. I waited an hour for the chat and still nothing. This web site is a complete joke and it is not worth ordering from this company. I've been more than patient with them. I'm sorry but I will not be using them again. Pathetic.

OEM Parts

I needed a specific part on my bike which is 21 years old, and it appeared that it was on backorder everywhere I checked with the exception of Partzilla. They had the part in stock at a fair price and shipping was fast. I would recommend them and plan on using their site for any future needs.

Prices are fair they are pretty local so I get parts fast. Usually have normal wear items in stock and can get things not in stock in reasonable time. Never have had an issue have been buying parts from there for several years

Trail arm puchase
April 8, 2024

I ordered a trail arm for my Canam which didn't allow my lower radius rod to fit properly. It seemed that it had possibly been dropped causing the gap for the lower radius rod to be too small. After connecting the upper and middle radius rods, we had to pry the gap larger to fit the lower radius rod. Also, I did notice that the box packaging the trail arm was longer than the trail arm which allowed it to slide back and forth inside the box. That gap in the box was not filled with packing material which I believe allowed the damage to occur.

I own many motorcycles and atv's, many are non popular brands and parts are often difficult to get. Partzilla always has what I need and with a low price and fast shipping. If you're not shopping partzilla you're paying too much and waiting too long, it's that simple!

Ridiculous

I paid for 2 day delivery. It's been a week and still haven't got my order. Emailed them about it and they said it suppose to be two days after they ship it. Apparently they ship it when they feel like it. So, don't pay for fast Shipping.

Great place for parts!

Oem front shroud for Polaris sportsman 90 was the cheapest I could find. Shipping was fast and everything was great. The fit was perfect, the packaging was great. No damage or issues at all! Will definitely be ordering more parts!

Awesome customer service

Part was on sale and was $270.00 cheaper than the Can-Am dealer for the same OEM part. I called to verify the correct part. Very friendly helpful customer service. Expedited shipping was very reasonable priced. Part arrived the very next day. I will definitely buy again.

If you need OEM parts for your motorcycle, Partzilla.com has them. Need an aftermarket upgrade to your bike, partzilla.com has it too (most likely). Great price, great delivery times, and excellent customer service. You can't go wrong buying from them.

Not the best place to order from
February 13, 2024

Prices are not that great. Parts are constantly damaged and randomly tossed in bags or boxes. Parts are constantly sent wrong. Customer service to get damaged, missing, or wrong parts taken care of is a nightmare so it's not even worth the hassle to correct and has been a battle for many years. I spend alot of money here, and every order is an issue.

Disappointed with my purchase
June 4, 2024

I ordered a carburetor float and paid extra for a faster shipping speed. The part was damaged in shipping the first time. I called and reordered the part. The second part came in and was just in a flimsy bow inside a plastic packing envelope. The box was destroyed but the part seems to be ok. Why wouldn't you package such a delicate part correctly.

April order with a June delivery promise which may be related to their source of supply but still not good service on such a simple item.

Suck

Suck. 10buissness days and my order has not shipped, Of 4 items ordered, 2 are no longer available, 1 is on order to them from another vendor, and the 1 that I really need is there in stock just waiting. Today was the first email and it just said that the 1 part is on order, so I called to see where the other part is. Shipping sucks, communication sucks, undated inventory online sucks, customer svc sucks. They now will overnight the part needed it I pay the charges.

My father told me to help him with his motorcycle. Something broke down in this motorcycle and he asked me to help to find the parts in the internet, because all the offline stores sell awful parts for motorcycles, at least those which are nearby from the are of my living. So, I started to search for various websites and online shops where I can order motorcycle parts. This was the real treasur when I found it. I ordered here everything I needed and it came to me pretty fast. Great plus for the fast delivery and big assortment.
