I visited the Columbia, MO store on Friday, Sept,******* to purchase balloons & some other items for my daughter's 21st. While there, I worked with several store associates because I was having a difficult time making a final selection/decision due to the extensive options available. ALL of the sales staff were patient & accommodating. I would highly recommend this store to others and will DEFINITELY visit this store again... Even though they were quite busy with orders for the University of Missouri Parents Weekend, they ALL made me feel like I was only customer in the store. Much thanks! - Maggie H.

Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service!

I purchased graduation balloons and other decorations for my son's party and had the balloons delivered the morning g of the party. The delivery person must have put a hole in the large helium balloon and the air was out within 30 minutes. I did not have time to go to the store to get another balloon as guests would soon be arriving. I called Party City and the manager promptly delivered an entire new balloon bouquet just in time for the party! Not only was a bouquet delivered but they gave me a much better bouquet than I had originally ordered! I was very pleased with the prompt attention, care, and service that I received!

My sister loves her bouquet, All thanks to Destiny, she did a great job.

The North Pointe Parkway Party City store is THE BEST! They went above and beyond to assist me with my husband's balloons, even had an Uber deliver them to me with three separate drivers! I would use them again and again for any party supply need. Thanks again to a wonderful staff!

They have come a long way with customer service lately. The next day delivery is amazing and if there is an issue with your order, they make it top priority to fix it as quickly as possible. They even gave me extra balloons and decorations for my trouble even though it was no trouble at all because they resolved the issue in no time.
P.S. This is the absolute best place for Halloween supplies and costumes!

I bought the 50th Birthday Balloon Bouquet 5pc - Sparkling Celebration the beginning of the week of July 2,2020 To pick up on July 1. I surprised her with this balloon bouquet the morning of July 2nd. These balloons are still standing tall in the birthday girl's house almost 3 weeks later! Amazing! We never thought they would last this long. Great Purchase!

It was our son's first birthday and we had purchased a tank of helium for balloons. It was broken and would not work the morning of the party. The manager from the St. Cloud, MN store offered to DRIVE TO OUR HOUSE and deliver a new one. WOW! We were so grateful, as we live a half an hour away from the store and didn't have time to run in to get a new one. Thank you to that manager!

Just some few words. I went on Party City to choose a custom during Halloween and Judith one of the employees (party planner I think) was so helpful and attentive. Giving ideas on the custom, helping bringing more items and very patient. Excellent employee and very good costumer service. I appreciated your help JUDITH, thank you very much! I would like to commend an employee of your Clifton store, sheena Simms. Sheena went out of her way to help me arrange a set of balloons for my granddaughter party. The color arrangement was beautiful, we received a lot of compliments! She took the time out of a busy Saturday to help me with the arrangement, and also helped me find other items in this store that I needed. This employee was also helping other customers as well, and was polite and courteous to the other customers as well. Please commend this valued employee.

I bought candy for a project at party city and during the project I was staying awake after how much candy I was eating it kept me up all night I love party city :D

Ordered my daughter her costume using a coupon and they had a free shipping deal going. So we got a deluxe costume, wig and all, for 15 dollars no shipping costs and to top it off it arrived days earlier than anticipated shipment date and my daughter is in love! Thanks Party City!
