Items were easy to look up and the price and shipping was reasonable.

I ordered a cover and an insert only to find out that the insert was included with the cover. This was not mentioned in the part review or photo. The cover was $88.00 the cover was $18. Now I have an insert I dont need and it would be to costly to return it.
Good just did not know when I was going to get the kit it all worked out

Unfortunately with global supply chain issues being so rough, your item was back ordered for some time. We do mention on our website that not everything is in stock. Additionally, when you placed the order we sent a confirmation email, and in that email, it advised should any part be back-ordered that we will notify you via email within 1-3 business days. We then emailed you each time the vendor pushed it back. Reaching out with the backorder dates is the only thing we can do as that date is supplied by the manufacturer and we are at their mercy.
