It was a problem with shipping through the US Postal Service, as my Post Office returned the first shipment. After contacting your customer service representative all was resolved. You shipped my order UPS and it finally arrived today in great condition and I am happy. Thanks to everyone at PartsVu, especially the customer service team.
Really Slow delivery. When purchasing the water impeller kit it didn't cross reference my Yamaha model# to insure it was the right kit. I ended up getting the wrong plate with the kit. I ended up buying the correct plate through Crowley Marine with confirmation it matched my Yamaha model and received it relatively quickly.

The order was placed during our Christmas observance and between Yamaha and us having different days off the package was delayed. We did email you advising that the cap was being allocated from Yamaha. As soon as that came in we shipped your order. From us here in Florida to New York, even given the weather is was 4 days. While the holidays are great and bring us all joy, it is a rough time for ordering and delivery. We do again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as that is not our intention.
The Waterpump repair kit purchased on the website does have a long list of all models it will fit. We also have schematics for your specific engine. I am sorry you were unable to view them. We thank you again for your feedback as it allows us to serve our customers better going forward.

As indicated in the first email issued on May 20th, 2022, this Mercury oil filter wrench was on backorder. We also sent you an email once or twice a month advising you that mercury had pushed back the estimated availability date giving you the option to wait or cancel the order. Luckily the item just arrived and we had it shipped out to you the same day. With backorder OEM parts, since they are the sole manufacturer we are completely at their mercy.
