Overall experience was great. It was unfortunate that my trim pump motor was on back order, but they had the hardware i ordered in stock. Well, when my motor finally came in, the hardware was then on back order. So they gave my hardware to someone else while waiting for my motor to come in. I didnt appreciate that. I cancelled the hardware and ordered it from another supplier that had it in stock, and had Parts VU send my motor asap rather than waiting for them to procure the hardware i ordered through them.

I have purchased from this company in the past with little to no issues. This time I ordered some decals. I received the item opened it and realized they were incorrect. This was my fault in entering the wrong number. I called 4-5 times to speak to someone about an exchange. No one ever answered. I finally left a message and 2 days later receive a call. The women (who was very polite) explained that they would need proof that the item wasn't damaged or used. She sent me an email and I replied with the requested photos. After 2 days of not hearing anything I called again, left a message. This time I receive an email stating because I opened the package they would not accept the return or exchange. I explained that in order to view the decals the plastic wrapper needed to be opened. They would not accept it. They should have had a disclaimer stating all sales final. This was very poor customer service and not how I would expect a buisness to be run. All I wanted was to exchange the item for the correct one and I was willing to pay for shipping. Now I am stuck and have to eat the cost of this item.
