I made several calls and email inquiries about my order not being shipped. I was told that 1 product was holding up the order and that it was due in the next day. It turned out to be "misinformation" in an email response that I received days later. The option to ship incomplete was offered but I would have to pay shipping on the late single item. That was a deal breaker for me. Order placed 4-24 received complete 5-4 too long when order was placed and everything appeared as in stock
Sheylin was very helpful & professional. She went out of her way to resolve a minor issue with the fuel filters received and arranged to issue credit for such.
She understood the situation and provided the correct solution.

Thank you for your purchase and more so for your review. Your feedback helps boaters like you. This order you are regarding was placed on the 24th and shipped on the 25th. I am sure you are regarding another order. I do see that the order was placed at the same time but did not ship at the same time. As stated on the website, there are instances when items must be allocated from the vendor. We mention that on the website and again in the confirmation email. Given the fact that no shipping was charged, the cost is too great for us to ship twice, as aerosol cans can only ship ground.
