It turned out to be "misinformation" in an email response that I received days later. The option to ship incomplete was offered but I would have to pay shipping on the late single item. That was a deal breaker for me. Order placed 4-24 received complete 5-4 too long when order was placed and everything appeared as in stock

I am sure you are regarding another order. I do see that the order was placed at the same time but did not ship at the same time. Given the fact that no shipping was charged, the cost is too great for us to ship twice, as aerosol cans can only ship ground.
