I was kinda skeptical at first since another well known site (Rock Auto) didn't had what I was looking for in stock at the time. But the experience is awesome, no delivery fees (a big frick'n yes) and delivered to me pretty quick. Like 3 days. The 2 downsides were 1. Parts fit on perfectly but kinda lacked some hardware though. 2. The price was a bit too high for my Hyundai Genesis coupe front strut assemblies (like $196.50 per side) and nobody/site had em'. But above all, I would definitely use this site again. Just lower them prices please.

Ordered a set of rotors that no one else had ya'll had option and reasonable prices. Service was quick and easy. Canada post does not deliver to the address that I gave so I had to go pick them up however that is in no way your fault. They are just a bunch of ninnies! Using the chat feature was a but confusing. I spoke to two different operators who gave differing information. The misinformation caused issues for both of us, I ordered extra parts which I didn't actually need, and then I had to cancel the order.

I purchased set of headlights for $400. Once installed none of the signal lights worked( front back side mirrors or hazards)and would blow the fuse. Bought and change the fuse again it blew fuse. There is some kind of wiring issue that compromised the circuit. I contact parts avatar they're telling me I have to buy another set of headlights for 400 pay for the shipping to return the defective lights and then pay for shipping to get another set of lights. So basically I'm paying for shipping three times. They will not return because they say they are use which they are clearly not! All I did was try them but they're defective so they're clearly not used. You can't call anyone there you can only talk to someone on chat and it's very difficult to get any help. They send you a link on how to do a form but the link doesn't even work. It's confusing it says page not found is absolutely horrible customer service I'm out $400 and I'm not willing to spend another $400 to get another set of defective lights that they will not return.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
