Needed 1 oz Gold America Eagles. First tried Apmex. They botched order entry and then double charged my credit card. Then tried Rosland Capital. They just could not understand all I wanted was 10 coins and were useless.
Then remembered emails from Park Ave Numismatics.
Bob returned my request immediately, accepted my credit card, and covered the cost of insurance and shipping.
Finally, he actually called me after the sale to make sure everything was satisfactory.
First and last time customer but here is the real story. Made deal, Family got Covid. They sent me a coin without me paying for it yet or my permission, sells 2 of my coins without him owning them. Then gets mad at me for returning his coin. I could only guarantee the safety of his coin so I sent it back, not sure who sends $4k coins without being paid first or sells coins that don't belong to him. I was trying to protect the dealer but get called a liar instead. Bob Green is a sleezeball, stay away. And the owner's response is a complete lie, have never and will never buy from him. I told the truth, Bob Green is a lyin sack of $&@!

Great experience. Very professional. Mailing to Greece is always tricky, but the USPS package works the best. And the shipping fee was reasonable, although I am sure at least 2 more coins or 1-oz bullion bars could've easily fitted in the same package for the same price. Will buy again. Cheers.
The only thing preventing an overall 5-star rating experience is the shipping of the coins. I would love to see all the coins in a plastic lining, even when ordering in bulk. The packaging doesn't seem to prevent minor scratches, perhaps more bubble wrap may help.
I do, however, absolutely love your selection and the ease with which I can purchase beautiful silver coins. Great customer service as well!

Received personal and friendly phone call from Straight Silver representative within an hour of placing order, order was shipped an hour or so later the same day, and order arrived in about 3 business days. Very satisfied and plan to make further purchases.
Your "cash" option leaves much to be desired, if paying with Money orders, and, I never use bank-wires. I buy from several dealers using Money orders, and, they simply keep a credit card number on file with my order preferences, etc. That way, should something go very wrong, they can always use the cc on record as a back-up! (It never has!)
I liked the product and delivery time, however, I was surprised that it was shipped with delivery confirmation and only without signature request (as other companies do).
This makes me worry that if I was to order from your company again I may not receive the product.
I've had packages "lost" by USPS (never to be found) with much less value in the past, so I don't feel comfortable with the product just being left in my mailbox.

Was a little disappointed in the way they shipped, past orders each round was packaged in it's own sealed bag where this order 4 of the rounds were packaged loose together in one bag. I repackaged them and they didn't appear to be banged up
I like the fact that shipping is free and they also take PayPal. Wish they had more selection and the larger bars without serial numbers on them. Well, other than that, I will buy from Straight Silver again.

I have compared my purchases side-by-side with APMEX, Provident and others and you just can't beat the final price on purchases of 20 ounces or less anywhere.
Northwest Silver has smaller pieces that are better priced. Your 1/10 oz pieces would come to over $70 an oz. Please fix pricing to more closely relate to going spot prices like NW Silver does and I will buy all my silver from you. Currently, I buy most 1 oz pieces from you and all the smaller denominations I buy elsewhere. Sorry. But, your shipping is awesome though. Very quick and much appreciated.

I shipped the coin because you agreed to purchase on a recorded line. Actually you sent coins in trade for the payment. While we feel bad you got covid its not an excuse to break a contract. My 38 year career speaks for itself.
