One short call and email to customer service was all that was needed to have the problem corrected in a tmely and professional manner. No delays, no excuses, just a quick and courteous resolution to the mistake. Excellent communication and service!

Order took to long, was told waiting on shipment of Libertads to arrive. I should have been informed of this and when the order shipped I should have been notified with a tracking number. I did receive a notification after I received my order. Also I ordered * **** Libertads but received * **** and * ****.

It was very easy to order online. When I spoke to a customer service agent, he was very curtious and informed me when to expect delivery. It arrived on time as a birthday gift and I would certainly order from Sraight Silver again.

In my opinion, the fee to use a credit card is a bit high! Other than this, my experience was very satisfactory!

I ordered 4X5 oz bars of silver, they arrived from USA to Spain very quickly and well packaged.
Overall experience with StraightSilver was very good and I will be ordering some more silver with them soon.

I like that fact that the pricing doesn\'t fluctuate as much as other sites, but once the price goes up it doesn\'t go down, even if the price of silver has decreased significantly.

It was easy to find what I wanted on the website, they had a fair price... it was easy to order and they got the items to me fast... I will buy from them again in the near future...

I notice everything I order, the price goes up. I watch the market daily, The prices are staying about the same. I may go and buy from another company.
