My experience was not great. I received the four silver coins I ordered in a single package not individually wrapped as the website describes them. As a result the got scratched so I am not best pleased with the order.

I formulate a more concrete opinion after my first order has been fulfilled and received.

I am pleased with my purchase. Prices a little higher than some other places though.

Both coins arrived in little plastic holders. Both plastic holders were split open by the time the package arrived at my place. Not a big deal but they could use less brittle plastic holders.

I failed to find a shipping cost area, would be nice to know beforehand the cost of shipping various purchases.

Shipped quickly, arrived well packed. I guess "Fine" is the lowest grade next to Cull. Not a big deal as I'm just after the silver content.

Once again, well packed and received in good time.

Would like to see shipping cost a bit lower. I don' thave the capital to buy in large quantities so my shipping was almost half of the product price. I paid $10 for 15 grams of silver. For that much, it took 13 days to receive the product.

Web site said paypal was a possible payment method. I learned through telecon that you no longer accept paypal payment. Not a big problem, but when you get a chance update the listing of payment options. That\'s the only reason I didn\'t give a straight 5-star rating

The order I received was not exactly the order I placed. While it would not prevent me from ordering in the future, I would have appreciated a phone call or email explaining why the shipment was not identical to what was invoiced or expected. Thanks.

The ordering process and time-to-arrival were excellent. My only problem was that somehow or another the address on the packaging was changed from my house number 120 to house number 105. Luckily our mailman recognized my name and knew where the package was suppose to be delivered to. I checked my email confirmation as well as the receipt in the package and both reflect the 120 house number. I have no idea where 105 came from.

I received the items shipped on the 22, november today 7, december. I consider this o.k. For cross-border shipping. I am very pleased with the products & the courtesy

Product arrived in mint condition, but was not the product that I ordered. I am happy with what I did receive, but can not give 5 star rating due to the error in the product shipped. I would still recommend StraightSilver to others most highly nonetheless. Were I to have needed the exact product that I ordered, I might not have been as well pleased.

I have delt with Straight Silver on a number of occasions. I recently placed an order but when I received it, it was incorrect. One short call and email to customer service was all that was needed to have the problem corrected in a tmely and professional manner.
