Parcel was priced 20£ insurance 26.
And after 2.months they took me.additionql 113£! That is sh... not possible to explain why or something. No live chat. Just pay and f.ck off. Worst company I had experience ever.
Booked for a work computer to be shipped from UK to Philippines. They claimed it was with UPS. In fact used numerous carriers. ETA 4th September. Still waiting. Their customer helpline though responsive expect me to chase it. Do yourself a favour and book direct.
Low price to drag you in then 3 months after delivery hit you with parcel weighed more than priced at asking for photographic evidence for proof of weight,absolute bunch of scammers

I sent 4 packages, al of which were properly packaged. All 4 items were damaged and the company accept no responsibility, even though I insured the goods. Cannot speak to anyone, just get the same emails refuting liability. It has cost me £700.
Avoid at all costs. They just keep taking money, not sending parcels, cancelling shipments and then try and take money from you. There is no customer contact number and you end up dealing with people who do not have a clue what they are doing. By the way they will charge you an 'admin fee' if you say you need to pay for the duty on the shipment. That is another £25 on top of what they already charge.
Beware. You get a cost for shipping on their website, they charge your card, they arrange collection, then "audit" the shipment and charge your card again.
When I disputed the second charge they kept sending a default reply that they would provide details for the second charge, but never did, and then charged my card with the same amount AGAIN!
An initial quotation of £96 was charged £96 + £126 + £126, for a total of £348.
I am now disputing these payments with my bank, but beware of ParcelCompare, it's definitely a fly-by-night operation, never trust them
These guys are part of a scam in my case with Parcel Force. Was charged £30 delivery. A surcharge was added of £70 for seemingly incorrect weight. Parcel force can just say the weight was incorrect without any photographic proof. I'm disgusted by the dishonesty of these Parcel compare and Parcel force. Having read reviews now for Parcel compare it seems like other delivery couriers are in on the act. Both of these companies will never see another penny for me and I make sure to spread the word - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
BEWARE this company have great prices but only because its a con. If your parcel gets damaged it will most likely be on their list for excluded items. So they will willingly take your money for extra insurance but you WON'T be insured. Their Packaging guidelines are also a joke because they damage your goods but again its your fault for not finding a bit more cardboard so they can throw things around a bit easier. Last please note they also charge you extra handling costs and take the unauthorised payments out of your bank. So please think very carefully about using this company because it seems cheaper because if things go wrong YOU WILL PAY MORE

Website keeps freezing so have to start the input of data all over again then when all data is in the labels fail to print. You can't speak to anyone on the phone and their "Live Chat" does not work. This is an ongoing issue with this company so time to change.
Be very very careful before using this company please read the reviews. My experience involved sending a £50 picture. I was very careful with inputting the correct measurements and weight. The cost was £40. Expensive but worth it to get the picture delivered. Then it started. No one came to pick the parcel up. I e mailed Parcel Compare and they said nothing we can do you can drop off. After a 30 mile round trip done. Then 3 days later the parcel company came to pick it up. It had already been delivered! They came again the next day! Now parcel compare have said after a UPS audit I owe another £133! The dimensions I put in were right, the weight was right, but UPS charge a minimum weight for large items which ParcelCompare didn't quote for. They keep asking for a picture. Why would I have taken a picture! It's heartbreaking to have them constantly e mailing me demanding money at Christmas :(
Organised a courier service through Parcel Compare and received an email from them 3 days after the parcel was delivered requesting more money due to the parcel apparently weighing more than was specified. Dispute was opened and all evidence to support my claim was provided but these were ignored and money was removed from my bank account without my permission. The parcel actually weighed less than I had specified and yet they have charged me 3 times the original amount!
Sent my parcel in good faith, only for the courier to claim the weight was different and ended up charging me an extra £60 on top of the £23 I already paid. It was their word against mine and was threatened with debt collection or court if I did not pay the extra. The weight difference was a staggering 17kg more! I will never use or recommend this company again.
The same issue of other customers. SCAM COMPANY THEY STEAL YOU.
They stole more money from my bank account without my consent saying my parcel had additional handling! I sent pictures as it was inside weight and measures.
I asked what they mean, to send me photos themselves and they said my appeal was rejected without a chance to complain further. Then they never answered again to the 5 emails I have sent.
Initially I paid £28 for a delivery that ended up costing more £50! Thieves. Rubbish company.
The parcelcompare service in the UK is highly disappointing. The drivers lack professionalism, customer services lacks a contact number, and they consistently charged me for services they didn't provide. Collection and date amendments come with high charges, and worst of all, cancellations are not refunded. I regretted using this service.

Do NOT use these amateurs. Sent parcel to ibiza it included kitchen utensils, sauce pan, hoodie & a towel. Paid for it to go, no bother. The parcel was returned back & was charged £133 for the privilege. They stated the reason was UPS sent back because it contained "Personal effects (suitcases or personal belongings)" So how do you get anything abroad? How is a towel ever going to hurt or contaminate?
So basically do not use them as you can send NOTHING at all!
Emailed for an explanation, received 20 emails all saying the same, "Personal effects (suitcases or personal belongings)"no explanation, no apology nothing. Didn't even bother to read my formal complaint, just sent demands for payment. They do not care and hide behind terms that are nonsense.
If you want to pay for a fraudulent company to explain to you why they actually won't deliver your parcels and threaten you to throw your parcels away if you won't travel internationally to pick them back up, you have come to the right place. Don't miss out!
Going through parcel compare you chose to use ups the problem being the ups employee stole the Amazon vouchers and has redeemed them they were Xmas presents for my nephews the parcel reached Tamworth that's as far as it got
Wish I had read reviews before paying. Similar issues to others, website kept freezing and had to repeatedly input information. No email acknowledgement received some hours after booking. Checked junk.
Interntional parcel (UK > EU). Did manage to generate shipping labels but customs declaration incorrectly stated 'sale of goods' but mine were 'returned goods'. Online messaging facility was the only available contact method and didn't work. To avoid incurring customes charges or delays I ended up sending via alternative method.
No way to now obtain a refund. Thought I'd save a few pounds by comparing carriers but has ended up costing double. Only glad my outlay was small compared to other unlucky customers below.

Avoid at all costs! They hook you in with a competitive quote and then hit you with a massive oversize surcharge with no creditable evidence! If you are foolish enough to take a risk, check all hidden T&Cs behind tick boxes thoroughly and take pictures and sizes of everything otherwise this company will take you to the cleaners! UPS were my carriers and their less than satisfactory service resulted in my package arriving damaged with several large and bulky items weighing 40kg lost without trace!? Neither company answer to any Regulator so after 6 months of complaining they simply ignored my valid evidence and failed to answer key questions. I am now left in the hope that Trading Standards will make improvements in the future and my Credit Card company can redeem some of my money for the disproportional surcharge which was over 100% of the original cost! An experience I would not wish on anyone!
The company is a SCAM. We paid for a parcel collection. They never collect it. We asked for a refund and they asked us to pay 6£ on top before giving the refund. We did not pay the additional charge as we have been ripped off already. Do not trust this company. There are many reviews on their website but I believe those are fake as I can't add one there
