The driver didn't turn up so my package was never collected. I didn't receive a single email or any confirmation from them. I was waiting from 9-6 but no one came. There is not a single email or phone number to call them so I can't even ask for a refund.
Parcel was delivered damaged and nearly 30 days late. There was no compensation for the damage despite paying extra for insurance, and there was no compensation for the 30-days delay despite paying extra for the express 3-day service.
The support was very poor and the parcel was only delivered after I personally contacted the courier directly to sort out the problem. Parcelcompare support team emailed me to help solve the problem 3 days after the parcel was actually delivered, (which means they had no idea where item was), and the parcel was only delivered because I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the courier firm directly.
Their service does not provide a telephone number for customer support or shipping problems.

Hit with huge charges due to issues with Parcel compare. The company refused to tell me what the charges related to and blamed the courier. Dreadful service. Cost me over £40 to have a small package returned a day later. Steer clear.
They forgot to tell the DHL when they were supposed to turn up at the venue for a pick up. Considering they were supposed to collect on Friday and I had to wait 3 more days (Monday was bank holiday). That caused me a lot of stress.
This company is a SCAMMER! Please do not use it never! Even if you read positive coments, DO NOT use THIS company! As you can see I sent parcel from UK to Germany and i paid £12 on Parcelcompare.com so I was thinking its ok. After one day I got this message on my email that i needs to pay custom clearance fees because my parcel will come back to me So another costs £15 hidden costs! There was no information that i need to pay anything else! Nowhere! When i order parcel there was step by step, so you dont know that Uk is not in EU anymore? This cost supposed to be at the end of payment! Not when parcel is in half way! This is a joke! I put complain to dpd already! So please people ignore positive coments! Do not use this company never ever in your life! The worst company i ever seen! Can i call police in this case? I feel sad, depressed and you destroyed my day! This parcel is very important to me and it need to go to Germany!
I sent a large parcel which was measured and weighed correctly. I did not take photos. The shipment went from Scotland to Florida via DHL and arrived on time. I received an email two weeks later asking for £12.80 because the package was supposedly heavier by 3kg. The only way I could object was by showing photographic evidence. They then took the payment from the original card. You could argue that it wasn't much extra BUT it was not correct. I was very careful to weigh the package properly and I originally paid for what I stated. The extra payment was not right.
I asked for a product to be returned to a retailer in its original packaging and unopened. Parcel Force collected the package and when it arrived the retailer refused to accept the return because it was damaged and the packaging was also damaged and it wasn't lying correctly in the van either. Despite all the photographs and official emails from the supplier Parcel Compare have told me in their professional opinion as a delivery service and apparent metal fabricators that it can be repaired. They have shown no proof of any insurance which I paid in addition to the delivery charge. They are now asking for photos of the damaged item again so I can only assume that I am dealing with a computer. It is a bloody joke! They have taken me round the houses and they clearly have absolutely no intention of helping me - The least they could do is refund the cost of the shipping for which I was charged an additional £8.20 for the item to be returned to where the morons collected it in the first place.
Avoid Avoid Avoid what a bunch of rip of merchants. Charged me twice as they said My parcel was over the weight I had put down originally they said it was 36kg which was ridiculous if that was the case I could not of lifted it. I weighed it on my scales which are correct. They then promptly broke the item I jumped through all the hoops they wanted me too ie pictures of wrapped item the damage and the damaged packaging. They refused to refund as they said in was insufficiently packed. Just a total disgrace
Worst service. Do not use. Book direct. My item was sent in original packaging never opened and arrived without any packagaing and they wont accept fault saying it wasnt packaged correctly. It arrived severly damaged and they wont accept responsibility for this awful service. I paid insurance for extra cover for them to say my item wasnt covered because it was a cooker but they took my money and this wasnt clear upon booking or i would not have booked.
My package was booked to be picked up 2nd Nov and Deliverd 4th Nov. But they just didn't show up. Eventually on the evening of the 4th they arrive and parcel arrived on the 7th. The box was smashed in on 3 corners. It was to be a gift so it doesn't look too good now.
3 days after the delivery I received an email saying they plan to charge me an extra £162. Not a happy customer.
So it appears they are saying my package was incorrectly sized and weighted. I have an option to Appeal but, wait... what a suprise. Their Web site appears to be actually designed to take you round in circles. It's impossible to make an appeal.
My £25 delivery has turned into £187.
Do yourself a favour and steer clear if these guys.
Parcel Compare used UPS who lost my parcel. UPS state they paid my claim out to Parcel Compare circa £500. Parcel Compare continue to deny any knowledge of the claim or payment so Im having to take it legal now.

Booked in a parcel and paid over £70.00. On the collection date, no courier. The day after no courier, and the day after no courier. Tried to drop off at a DHL office, however, the barcode was not recognised!
No telephone contact. No reply to emails. Complete rip off merchants. I am going to report to trading standards. AVAID, AVOID, AVOID
I used parcel compare to send a package to Germany via UPS, my parcel was collected 1 day late, it was supposed to be delivered 10th August, now 20th August 2021, parcel still not delivered, no support from Parcel Compare to sort the issue.
The only response to several emails is basically they are not interested, and it is up to me to try and get my parcel to its destination.
Shocking customer service, do not trust this provider with you goods.
SCAM COMPANY! TOOK more than GBP540 without my personal consent after 12 days of items got delivered! PLUS the initial booking fee of GBP240ish. In total, they've scammed for more almost GBP800 for sending just 3 parcels! Unbelievable! I'm suing them!
They will charge your card again without notifying you for tripple the price and told you that your weight and sizes were wrong and you had to pay or provide proofs of UNOPENED packages after 12 days of receiving them or BEFORE you pack. They will never get back to you!

I made the mistake of using this company for UK-Cyprus package, was promised 3-5 days delivery, my parcel was sent depo to depo in UK for ONE week, they finally have posted it through post office, which I could have done for fraction of cost - they wont give a refund - there are no phone numbers - Customer service through email is crap - BEWARE of their SCAM which they call MULTI-Courier service you sign for- THIS means they are allowed to send it Whichever way they LIKE to be cheapest so it will take as long as it takes.
Paid nearly £50 to send a 10kg item, printed off label in drop off shop and luckily I noticed the label had weight as less than 1kg instead of 10kg. The courier of course would have either not taken my item or charged me extra for the weight difference. I knew I had put the correct weight when purchasing and this was confirmed when I checked my invoice. I searched the ParcelCompare website and there are no contact details only automated unhelpful answers to general queries and when I tried to cancel the order completely (even though there was a £6 charge to do so) the webpage crashed and it said unable to cancel your order right now. When I spoke to the woman in the drop off shop she said this has happened before, ParcelCompare take your money for a heavy or high value item but only purchase a label from the courier company for a low value or light weight parcel costing around £3 instead of £50, as in my case and they keep the difference! Absolutely disgusting.
PLEASE do not use this company!

If you go with Parcelcompare the courier they use will not speak to you as the contract is with Parcelcompare, Parcel compare do not have a telephone number!
My Parcel was sent to Spain spent a month in Barcelona and I was then told I was contacted and it was my fault it was returned all lies.
When I did try to resolve this I was told that I couldn't have any information as the contract was not with me. They have now charged me more than double the original cost.
I had 3 separate issues with them.
Their systems - they take your money quickly enough but when it comes to refunding be prepared for a battle, it took over 3 months and in the end threat of legal action to get £122 pounds returned to me which was "stolen" from their wallet system.
International - the cheapest service goes to their sorting centre to be scanned - they insisted a package I paid £68 to send contained 3 lithium batteries (2 is the limit) and told me I had to pay £15 to have it returned. When it came back it had not been physically inspected and what they thought was an iPad was actually a picture frame so should never have been returned but they refused to accept liability for that. After 2 months of chasing finally refunded me £46 so it cost me £34 for THEIR ERROR. Will never use them again. Might be a bit more expensive to use direct carriers like FedEx but at least they are honest. These are just a set of scammers

I paid £70 to send a parcel to Japan, they didn't send it asking me for information on the address. When I sent it through, they said I was too late and they were sending the parcel back to me. Then they took £93 out of my account when I didn't give them permission to do this. How can it cost £93 to send the parcel back to me? I live 2 counties away from them? To date I still don't have my original item and am £163 out of pocket. You can't get in touch with anyone from the company, when they send you an email with links, none of the links work, they are ignoring all communication from me. Have reported to Trading Standards for what little good it will do. All I have had is stress and hassle, please don't use this company unless you like feeling conned, used and are happy to burn money. There are negative reviews about them all over the place, and the good ones, if you look at the dates, were all typed and sent in at the same time, plus are very short. Sounds like they are getting their staff to write false reviews if you ask me
Awful company! Please avoid, I wish I had read the opinions before I hired it.
I used it to send 3 boxes to Spain, I paid customs and an enhance insurance. The boxes were retained in customs and returned to England. After weeks of emailing the absolute useless agents, because there is no telephone number (and now I understand why) I finally got the boxes back in England after 9 weeks. They were absolutely destroyed, with many things broken and some others missing. Parcel Compare blamed me as I should have known that Spain didn't receive any parcels from Uk due to brexit (I thought that was THEIR job) and they didn't pay for the broken items because the enhance insurance does not cover anything apparently. They even had the cheek to offer me £15 credit to use within 10 days! For what? To break me more things and steal more money?
So after 3 months of dealing with this disgusting company, the boxes are not in Spain, I had to throw away the broken things and I couldn't do anything with the missing things. I basically wasted my money and time.
Please, avoid, AVOID!
