And after 2.months they took me.additionql 113£! That is sh... not possible to explain why or something. No live chat. Just pay and f.ck off. Worst company I had experience ever.
I send 2 packages abroad and when they arrived they never send custom charges and I spend 167£ and got my packages back now they charged me 140 something for returning them! No phone number takes 5 days to answer question and nobody to help or take responsibility please don't use
Adjustment Invoice for £13.98 sent to me 42 DAYS after delivery.
I booked a collection of an awning on 10/11/22 to be sent for repair to Pontefract from the Midlands. It was a circular awning bag which measured 90cm long and was 30cm in Diameter. It weighed 20.5 kilos on a set of digital scales but I rounded it up to 21 kilos so I was not understating the weight.
It was wrapped in polythene, sealed properly with parcel tape and clean. The paperwork was on the outside as requested and the driver collected on time and it was ready for him.
I booked it to go with UPS and paid £15.28 by credit card.
The parcel was delivered on 14/11/22 as promised at 14:11 and there were no delays or problems.
26/12/22 ParcelCompare sent me an email to say there was an adjustment invoice for £13.98 an they have already taken the money from my account! I will instigate chargeback proceedings with my credit card issuer as there was no explanation. The parcel was not oversized, it was not under declared in weight and was not above the maximum dimensions specified so there is no reason for an additional charge. Since contacting hem they have pointed me to a page not accessible during the order or even highlighted that detailed additional charges and told me I should be aware of ALL conditions imposed by ALL carriers. Sharp practice which has now been reported to Trading Standards.
I will never use them again or recommend them. In fact I will go out of my way to tell everyone about the shoddy and sharp practices followed by this company.
They have even tried to have my reviews on other sites taken down citing it is not a genuine review - once I provided the shipping number and proof of invoice it remained on the site!
PLEASE do not use this company!
You have no recourse, contact info and cannot speak to anyone.
If you go with Parcelcompare the courier they use will not speak to you as the contract is with Parcelcompare, Parcel compare do not have a telephone number!
My Parcel was sent to Spain spent a month in Barcelona and I was then told I was contacted and it was my fault it was returned all lies.
When I did try to resolve this I was told that I couldn't have any information as the contract was not with me. They have now charged me more than double the original cost.
Going through parcel compare you chose to use ups the problem being the ups employee stole the Amazon vouchers and has redeemed them they were Xmas presents for my nephews the parcel reached Tamworth that's as far as it got
Hit with huge charges due to issues with Parcel compare. The company refused to tell me what the charges related to and blamed the courier. Dreadful service. Cost me over £40 to have a small package returned a day later. Steer clear.
My package was booked to be picked up 2nd Nov and Deliverd 4th Nov. But they just didn't show up. Eventually on the evening of the 4th they arrive and parcel arrived on the 7th. The box was smashed in on 3 corners. It was to be a gift so it doesn't look too good now.
3 days after the delivery I received an email saying they plan to charge me an extra £162. Not a happy customer.
So it appears they are saying my package was incorrectly sized and weighted. I have an option to Appeal but, wait... what a suprise. Their Web site appears to be actually designed to take you round in circles. It's impossible to make an appeal.
My £25 delivery has turned into £187.
Do yourself a favour and steer clear if these guys.
Website keeps freezing so have to start the input of data all over again then when all data is in the labels fail to print. You can't speak to anyone on the phone and their "Live Chat" does not work. This is an ongoing issue with this company so time to change.

I have been charged an absolute absurd £184.82 for 14.50kg which absolutely ludicrous.
I've attached a picture of the item that was returned, in the picture it shows the NET WEIGHT of the product I had purchased and returned using UPS via your intermediary site.
The NET WEIGHT stated for the product is 31kg, I understand that does not include the weight of a box, only its contents.
SO HOW ON EARTH DOES A BOX THAT IS 90CMx50CMx50CM WEIGH 14.50KG? AND WHY THE HELL IS THE CHARGE SO RIDICULOUS, THE ORIGINAL PRICE PAID FOR THE DELIVERY WAS £31.91.
I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL BE POSTING THIS AS A REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN REVIEW YOUR COMPANY, AS I KNOW THAT YOUR COMPANY IS ADDING EXTRA FOR COMISSION AND I FIND THAT ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT AND DISGUSTING. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF ITSELF.

Avoid Avoid Avoid what a bunch of rip of merchants. Charged me twice as they said My parcel was over the weight I had put down originally they said it was 36kg which was ridiculous if that was the case I could not of lifted it. I weighed it on my scales which are correct. They then promptly broke the item I jumped through all the hoops they wanted me too ie pictures of wrapped item the damage and the damaged packaging. They refused to refund as they said in was insufficiently packed. Just a total disgrace
I sent a large parcel which was measured and weighed correctly. I did not take photos. The shipment went from Scotland to Florida via DHL and arrived on time. I received an email two weeks later asking for £12.80 because the package was supposedly heavier by 3kg. The only way I could object was by showing photographic evidence. They then took the payment from the original card. You could argue that it wasn't much extra BUT it was not correct. I was very careful to weigh the package properly and I originally paid for what I stated. The extra payment was not right.
Parcel was delivered damaged and nearly 30 days late. There was no compensation for the damage despite paying extra for insurance, and there was no compensation for the 30-days delay despite paying extra for the express 3-day service.
The support was very poor and the parcel was only delivered after I personally contacted the courier directly to sort out the problem. Parcelcompare support team emailed me to help solve the problem 3 days after the parcel was actually delivered, (which means they had no idea where item was), and the parcel was only delivered because I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the courier firm directly.
Their service does not provide a telephone number for customer support or shipping problems.
Does anyone believe I am happy or satisfied?

Organised a courier service through Parcel Compare and received an email from them 3 days after the parcel was delivered requesting more money due to the parcel apparently weighing more than was specified. Dispute was opened and all evidence to support my claim was provided but these were ignored and money was removed from my bank account without my permission. The parcel actually weighed less than I had specified and yet they have charged me 3 times the original amount!
This company is a SCAMMER! Please do not use it never! Even if you read positive coments, DO NOT use THIS company! As you can see I sent parcel from UK to Germany and i paid £12 on Parcelcompare.com so I was thinking its ok. After one day I got this message on my email that i needs to pay custom clearance fees because my parcel will come back to me So another costs £15 hidden costs! There was no information that i need to pay anything else! Nowhere! When i order parcel there was step by step, so you dont know that Uk is not in EU anymore? This cost supposed to be at the end of payment! Not when parcel is in half way! This is a joke! I put complain to dpd already! So please people ignore positive coments! Do not use this company never ever in your life! The worst company i ever seen! Can i call police in this case? I feel sad, depressed and you destroyed my day! This parcel is very important to me and it need to go to Germany!
I sent 4 packages, al of which were properly packaged. All 4 items were damaged and the company accept no responsibility, even though I insured the goods. Cannot speak to anyone, just get the same emails refuting liability. It has cost me £700.
I made the mistake of using this company for UK-Cyprus package, was promised 3-5 days delivery, my parcel was sent depo to depo in UK for ONE week, they finally have posted it through post office, which I could have done for fraction of cost - they wont give a refund - there are no phone numbers - Customer service through email is crap - BEWARE of their SCAM which they call MULTI-Courier service you sign for- THIS means they are allowed to send it Whichever way they LIKE to be cheapest so it will take as long as it takes.
Sent my parcel in good faith, only for the courier to claim the weight was different and ended up charging me an extra £60 on top of the £23 I already paid. It was their word against mine and was threatened with debt collection or court if I did not pay the extra. The weight difference was a staggering 17kg more! I will never use or recommend this company again.
I paid £70 to send a parcel to Japan, they didn't send it asking me for information on the address. When I sent it through, they said I was too late and they were sending the parcel back to me. Then they took £93 out of my account when I didn't give them permission to do this. How can it cost £93 to send the parcel back to me? I live 2 counties away from them? To date I still don't have my original item and am £163 out of pocket. You can't get in touch with anyone from the company, when they send you an email with links, none of the links work, they are ignoring all communication from me. Have reported to Trading Standards for what little good it will do. All I have had is stress and hassle, please don't use this company unless you like feeling conned, used and are happy to burn money. There are negative reviews about them all over the place, and the good ones, if you look at the dates, were all typed and sent in at the same time, plus are very short. Sounds like they are getting their staff to write false reviews if you ask me
The company is a SCAM. We paid for a parcel collection. They never collect it. We asked for a refund and they asked us to pay 6£ on top before giving the refund. We did not pay the additional charge as we have been ripped off already. Do not trust this company. There are many reviews on their website but I believe those are fake as I can't add one there
Be very very careful before using this company please read the reviews. My experience involved sending a £50 picture. I was very careful with inputting the correct measurements and weight. The cost was £40. Expensive but worth it to get the picture delivered. Then it started. No one came to pick the parcel up. I e mailed Parcel Compare and they said nothing we can do you can drop off. After a 30 mile round trip done. Then 3 days later the parcel company came to pick it up. It had already been delivered! They came again the next day! Now parcel compare have said after a UPS audit I owe another £133! The dimensions I put in were right, the weight was right, but UPS charge a minimum weight for large items which ParcelCompare didn't quote for. They keep asking for a picture. Why would I have taken a picture! It's heartbreaking to have them constantly e mailing me demanding money at Christmas :(
