Do not get sucked in

Do not ever buy from this company. These are not USA made products. I never received my order, multiple "email" exchange clearly a standard response email. Have your money.

"Classy Hoodie Print Outerwear" "Multi-color" - Not classy, horribly cheap looking; Now they won't take the return claiming it's not a quality issue. Definitely a quality and misrepresentation issue. Horrible! -

I ordered my daughter 3 sweaters for Christmas. The don't have a customer service number only a strange email that only a response comes back every 3 days. You can tell your talking to a person from China because the grammar is not correct. They said I ordered popular items sorry for delay. My order was placed in November and I never received and they won't answer my email. Total FRAUD and SCAM!

Cheaply made items. If you need to return, you must mail to Dubai! They want you to keep the garment and they give you less than 10% of what you paid.

100% Fraudulent Company - Refer to Review -

I ordered two items on September 20th, 2024. The site indicates "Fast Delivery"... That's hardly the case as I received ONE of the items two MONTHS later...

Beyond the extreme delay, the garment that did arrive looked nothing like the image on the web site... The item is not the same material, colors, cut, etc.

This end result was after 2 months of emailing them, receiving inappropriately rude responses in return. I asked for a refund 2 times, as was refused.

Pappya is, without question, a fraudulent company based overseas. STAY AWAY!

Its a scam

Do not order from this website. The clothes look great online but the items are of poor quality and the sizing is way off.

The site says easy returns. Don't be fooled. Its a scam. Watch your credit card activity after ordering. I had to cancel my card.

Run! They are not in the US. Returns are nearly impossible, as they make you pay postage to Dubai. They coerced me to take their lame discount in lieu of refund, stating that postage to Dubai costs more than the inferior item.

Buyer Beware

I received my dress and wanted to exchange for the next size up. I was told to just pay for the additional shipping charges using the link they provided and I could just keep the dress. The link they provided for the shipping payment looked suspicious so I decided to return. I was sent an e-mail stating they do not accept returns. It's an unscrupulous site!

I ordered four items, three tops and a dress. It took a very long time to receive my order, more than two weeks after they charged my credit card. The items arrived. The colors weren't as vibrant as shown on the web site. The items didn't fit right and going up a size would not have worked. For example, a dress was wide through the body but sleeves too tight.

I have had several email exchanges in wanting to return the clothes. Three different offers of money of $26, $52 and $69 on an order of $148.

Awful.

Product/ refund
November 29, 2023

I have made several attempts to return my product by sending email to request information. The product is not as it appears in pictures. The sweater is large and not soft. The dress colors are not the same as picture. I don't think this is legitimate company and have had a terrible time they wait 5 days to respond and according to there policy only have 10 days to return. I'm still waiting for label and want exchange or refund. Will not order from this company again.

I ordered two dresses, both size medium. One was so small, I couldn't even put it on. The other was way too large. When I tried to return them, I was offered $22 (for my nearly $80 purchase) and told I could keep them. I said I wanted to return them for a full refund. They offered $40 and told me to give the dresses to Good Will. I told them I would accept $60. They said their best offer was $45. That's where it stands at this time.

Dissatisfied: clothing ok quality. Customer service was not good. Many items did not fit me. Tried to return the items. They were only going to give me 1/5 of the amount I paid. After a month of going back and forth I received less than half of what I paid but they let me keep the products that didn't fit. They would not refund the full amount. Will not shop here again

BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
This site is a joke! I purchased items totaling $92. Did not fit and now they are offering me $7! Not only that but it took a REALLY long time to even receive the products. Poor customer service as well. Not easy to contact. Their 30 day return is a joke!

Ridiculous -

Don't waste your time or money. I guess if the items fit you're good, but if they don't you will get nowhere on trying to return. I placed 2 orders for about $100 each and when trying to get a return policy (which I should have done before ordering) they continually kept wanting me to "keep the items and we'll send you some money" for items I can't wear. Very poor customer service. No cut and dry return policy. Don't do it.

Terrible wait time with absolutely no communication. After 3 weeks i cancel since they finally said it could take another 2 weeks! Very poor customer service to advertise items you do not even have available! Now I'm told I'll get my refund in another 5 days...never again!

Apparently this company uses many different companies to collect payments. Not sure of this procedure I reached out to them. Asking if this was legit. Their response was off base and said they were not liars.
Then sent an email that said we can cancel your order. My response... Please do. There customer service team is awful. Will never buy anything from them nor will I recommend them.

Unable to reach Pappya by email or phone.
Dresses took 25 days to arrive, I'm beginning to believe that was deliberate since you only have 30 days for returns returns.
